First Cagayan addresses DafaBet complaints
First Cagayan, the gaming license provider based in the Philippines, has addressed the DafaBet (unrated) syndicate betting disputes reported by Sportsbook Review.com earlier this week. A First Cagayan manager indicated that all player claims involving licensees are investigated, and that one of the DafaBet players has already contacted the company for help.
SBR reported on December 3rd that DafaBet Sportsbook accused a second player of syndicate betting. The player had €516 in winnings and bonus cash confiscated.
DafaBet, owned by parent company Asian Logic Ltd, is still in discussions with SBR regarding their decision to seize the winnings of two players. The players received the following generic letter when their funds were removed:
DafaBet: "Upon further review of your account, our system found out that your account is doing fraudulent betting pattern together with other duplicate accounts, breaching both our promotion and website Terms and Conditions. Thus, resulting for your bonuses and winnings to be removed from your account."
SBR is currently reviewing information presented by DafaBet on the two players activities. SBR will update this report as more information becomes available.
