EasyStreet slow-pay #3 hits SBR mailbox
An EasyStreet (now "EZStreet") Sportsbook payout complaint has been filed by an unhappy player.
The player has told SBR that the online sportsbook has not been responsive on live help, and that his emails are not being answered.
The complaint is very similar to the recent issues raised by players and reported by SBR.
Sportsbook Review reported on April 10 of a $700 slow-pay recorded against EasyStreet. The complaint also detailed the abrupt suspension of customer service by telephone.
Prior to that report, SBR noted on April 1 of a player who claimed that a $15,000 payout plan was abandoned by EasyStreet.
Sportsbook Review lowered EasyStreet from D to D- on March 2, good enough for inclusion in the sports betting site blacklist.
EasyStreet has long been trouble for big winners, but did not have slow-pay complaints on file; the biggest negative mark on EasyStreet has been the failure to pay $46,000 to a winning casino player who profited playing Video Poker (Jacks or Better).
EasyStreet Sportsbook players in need of assistance should submit a sportsbook complaint.
