Dimeline Sportsbook slow-pay remains open
Dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) has owed a player $2,400 since February 1st. The user reported that after filing his complaint with SBR his account was closed. Dimeline management has ceased communicating with SBR regarding player issues and last stated that it would not quickly pay any player that complains publicly about their service.
Dimeline was downgraded over the rough handling of the player's account and has to date made no effort to pay his closing balance. The poor treatment is reminiscent of previous Dimeline tactics; SBR reported in the baseball season of 2009 that a user was threatened with having his funds confiscated if he did not retract negative Dimeline feedback posted on SBR Forum.
Dimeline's refusal to honor its advertised payout time-frame for users that complain is rather puzzling: By all accounts, prior to a batch of payout issues reported following the 2012-13 football season, Dimeline seemed to satisfy its smaller customer base, even connecting their family of websites (BTG Global NV) with a popular poker network.
SBR asks Dimeline users with complaints or feedback to write to SBR.
