Dashbet discusses cases with SBR, provides three updates
Sportsbook Review has spoken with Dashbet concerning a recent batch of payout complaints reported by users.
In one of the complaints, reported by SBR on November 24, a player claimed to be owed €1000 since November 17.
The player has since received his funds. A second player has also been paid. Sportsbook Review reported on November 18 that a player requested a payout a week prior to filing his complaint, but had not been paid.
No update was given on the reason behind either delay, but the player received payment following SBR contacting the online sportsbook.
As for a third complaint SBR received in the mailbag, the payout has allegedly been delayed to requirements from the UK Gambling Commission following the implementation of the new UK Gambling Law.
Sportsbook Review is pressing Dashbet for specifics and why the player's payout has yet to be processed.
