ComeOn Sportsbook player asks SBR for assistance
A ComeOn Sportsbook player has filed a complaint.
The online sports bettor has claimed that his betting account no longer has the option to request payments.
He has allegedly been given no information from customer service concerning his ability to request a withdrawal. However, he has noted that curiously his ability to deposit remains unchanged.
He was last able to successfully place a withdrawal from the online sportsbook on February 3. The player has requested assistance from Sportsbook Review.
ComeOn Sportsbook recently exited the Polish market as SBR reported earlier in the week. Players based in Poland are still able to use the casino and poker products. ComeOn cited unspecified legal reasons as the reason for pulling out of the Polish sports betting market.
ComeOn holds a rating of C in the online sportsbooks rating guide. The sports betting site was added to the rating guide in June of 2011. ComeOn holds a gaming license issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).
ComeOn players in need of assistance are encouraged to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
