College Football Championship Betting: Stanford's Odds cut by 55%

Sportsbook Review takes a look at the updated college football futures odds adjustments at online sportsbooks ahead of NCAAF Week 9.

Following a college football week 8 in which top favorite across sportsbooks Ohio State crushed Rutgers 49-7, Baylor overcame Iowa State 45-27 and USC ended Utah’s perfect season with a 42-24 loss, oddsmakers readjusted the NCAAF futures board.

The biggest movement on a team which many sports handicappers at the SBR Forum consider a fringe contender is Stanford's adjustment from an +1800 to +1000 shot to win the national championship.

A snapshot of the average movement recorded at the best online sportsbooks is shown below.

Positive movements on the board (meaning the odds have shortened and the team has thus become more likely to win) are noted in green, while negative movements (the odds becoming larger, thus more unlikely a win) are noted in red.
