Cloudbet Sportsbook Player Has Tennis Wager Misgraded
A Cloudbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C+) player has submitted a complaint about a misgraded tennis wager.
The player had a two-team parlay on the Boston Red Sox moneyline and Reily Opelka's moneyline. The Red Sox won against the New York Yankees by a score of 5-3, and Opelka won the first set of his tennis match prior to his opponent retiring during the second set.
In his own words, the player shared the below.
Cloudbet Player: "I had a 2 leg parlay of Red Sox ML and Reily Opelka ML. Red Sox won, and Opelka won 1st set but his opponent retired on the second set. Opelka ML was graded a push when it should be a win, according to Cloudbet's rule,"
The player's opinion is correct, Cloudbet's rule with respect to tennis grading is written as follows: "Their rules state:"One full set must be completed for money line wagers to stand. If less than 1 set is completed, all money line wagers will be void. The winner of the match is the participant declared the victor by the umpire of the match."
