Bitcoin Forum: BTC Having Best Week Since June 2016

SBR Forum members are discussing bitcoin having its best week since June 2016.  SBR reported just five days ago that bitcoin was trading at $650; it is now knocking on the doors of $690.

The digital cryptocurrency enables players to make transactions with betting sites without having to leave the home or incur costly fees all to place an online sports bet. Between the difficulty of such options plus major eWallet Skrill recently removing its support for bank wire deposits or withdrawals in USD, bitcoin is the answer online gamblers need to enjoy their hobby or profession.

A list of 50 online sportsbooks accepting bitcoin can be found using the SBR Rating Guide.

How To Get Started With Bitcoin
Step One:
Create an account with Coinbase or Circle. Enter your personal information the same as you would when creating a PayPal account & link your bank account. Two micro-deposits will then be made before you can purchase bitcoin.

Step Two: After you have purchased bitcoin and it has cleared to your account (5 days at Coinbase), you can now transfer bitcoin anywhere, though many sports bettors prefer to transfer their bitcoin to an online wallet before going directly to a sportsbook. This greatly improves users privacy. A popular online bitcoin wallet is Blockchain.info (though there are many) and setup time is about 15 seconds. Once your wallet is created, a unique payment address will be generated, which means anyone who has this address can pay you in bitcoin. Copy and paste the address into Coinbase or Circle and make your transfer.

Step Three: Select a bitcoin accepting sportsbook and make your transfer. It's that simple.
