A controversial old "30%" rule which was since discontinued per SBR's recommendation enabled the sportsbook to confiscate player winnings if any of the bettor's wagers exceeded 30% of their bonus. One such player has written in to SBR. A BetWay player who had his funds confiscated during the time the rule existed has followed up with SBR and indicated that his complaint has now been resolved after agreeing to terms with management.SBR encourages other BetWay players with current or former disputes to write to SBR.BetWay management has expressed the desire to work through player complaints and to highlight what they feel is improved user service and an upgraded product.
