BetUSA Sportsbook Player has $6,000 Tied Up
A BetUSA Sportsbook player has filed a payout complaint.
The player originally began playing with BetUSA after his previous betting site lowered his wagering limits to $50, prompting him to decide to try out a new sportsbook and he ultimately settled on BetUSA.
He deposited two times for over $900. He successfully increased his balance to over $6,000 and decided to order his first ever payout from the sportsbook. He expected to have an immediate option to take a payout i.e. Western Union or Moneygram, but learned that the only available option was cheque, which carried a lengthy time-frame of three to five weeks.
The player was also upset by the fact that he can only take out $2,500 at once. BetUSA has long been rated higher than Sportsbook.com despite having shared resources such as processing methods and software, due to having their own base of management and being willing to discuss player disputes.
Sportsbook.com is presently quoting the same three to five week time-frame for withdrawals, leading to over 25 payout complaints being filed by unhappy players.
BetUSA's rating has been lowered to C+ and may slide further if payout speed does not improve.
Players in need of assistance should submit a sportsbook complaint form.
