BetUS comments on sportsbook bonus complaint
BetUS Sportsbook (SBR rating C) has addressed the bonus complaint reported by Sportsbook Review earlier this week.
In that complaint, a player stated that $450 in free plays were forfeited.
The player was paid his winnings balance, but complained about having to forgo the free play winnings. He was not 100% sure if his wagering requirement was completed.
Sportsbook Review followed up with BetUS management to discuss the issue.
BetUS clarified that that the player was paid all winnings, having deposited $5,000 and paid $35,000 lifetime. When his account was closed for being an undesirable client - within the sports betting site's right to deny business to an account - he logged in and attempted to redeem his loyalty points.
At this point, BetUS indicated that the loyalty points come with a rollover and are only for clients in good standing, who are able to wager with the online sportsbook.
SBR has provided this update to the player. While some sports betting sites will honor all loyalty points when closing an account, as the points at BetUS are unlocked through additional play, the player was unable to redeem the perk based on his no longer operating a BetUS account.
