Betsafe player has account locked and pending withdrawal
A Betsafe Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) player has submitted a sportsbook payout complaint.
The player had his account access blocked by the sports betting website on April 16.
He contacted live chat and was advised that he needed to complete telephone verification. The player completed this process over the following two days.
At this point on April 18, the player logged in to his account to initiate a withdrawal of his £90 balance. The player expected the eWallet withdrawal to be processed within two business days. Today he attempted to log-in to his betting account to check the status and realized that his account access was once again blocked.
The player has been provided no follow-up information and noted that live chat and telephone support were off-line, prompting him to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
SBR has asked Betsafe for comment on the player's complaint.
