BetPhoenix to send Bank Transfer to Settle $2,160 Complaint
Update: BetPhoenix player has received payment in full. The complaint is now closed.
BetPhoenix Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) has told SBR that they have received the player's bank wire details in the payout complaint reported two weeks ago and are in the process of sending a final bank wire transfer to pay his outstanding $2,160 balance.
The player originally opted to wait for Skrill payouts until the method was no longer available.
Confusion then ensued with the player asking if it would be possible for a person other than himself to receive the final $2,160 through their bank account, which management ultimately denied.
The player then asked if he could receive payment through Western Union but was unhappy with the fees involved, and the case manager handling his payout departed the company.
BetPhoenix's CS manager addressed the complaint with SBR and referred to the situation as an outlier and not the norm.
The online sportsbook was recently added to the list of sportsbooks that accept bitcoin in the sportsbook rating guide.
BetPhoenix players in need of assistance should submit a sportsbook complaint.
