BetPhoenix Management Addresses Payout Complaint
A manager with BetPhoenix Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) has addressed the player complaint reported on the 30th of July.
A player claimed that he was still owed $2,160 from a payment plan requested last year.
BetPhoenix explained that the reason the player waited so long for a couple of payouts is that he preferred to wait to withdraw via Skrill up until the point where the sportsbook removed the option from its cashier.
Then the player requested to have a bank wire transfer sent to a third party, which ultimately the sportsbook could not agree to citing their terms and conditions.
The player was told he could be paid his balance via Western Union by a previous manager with the sportsbook. The player then fell out of touch with the manager and decided to seek SBR assistance.
BetPhoenix will arrange to pay the player through WU. Sportsbook Review has asked the player to confirm when he receives payment.
There are presently no other outstanding payout complaints on file at BetPhoenix Sportsbook.
