BetMotion Sportsbook player owed $663 for over 3 weeks
A BetMotion Sportsbook (SBR rating C+) player has filed a payout complaint.
The player accepted a 150% welcome bonus which was accompanied by a five time rollover.
The player successfully completed the rollover and asked for a withdrawal on November 3 of $663.36.
Following the submission of his payout request, the player was asked to provide a series of documents to pass the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. The required documents included his driver's license, utility bill, and also a photograph holding his ID next to his face.
The player complied with the documents request, but his account remains suspended and he has received no update on when or if he will be paid his withdrawal.
BetMotion Player: "I opened an account with Betmotion and I took their welcome bonus which has 150% with 5 times rollover. I have completed the rollover and I requested for withdrawal since 03/11/2015 21:54:13. They asked me to send the my drivers Licence and utility bill and also hold my id close to my face and take a picture of my id and utility bill. I have done every thing they needed from me but I have not received my $663.36 payout from them."
Sportsbook Review has asked BetMotion for comment on this payment dispute.
