BetMotion Sportsbook payout dispute
A BetMotion Sportsbook (SBR rating C+) player has filed a payout dispute.
The player deposited €200 earlier in the year and mostly broke even, finally bringing his balance up to €250 to start November.
At this time, the player put in for a payout request, but has yet to be paid despite sending all of the documents requested of him.
As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, the player was asked to verify his address by providing a utility bill, a copy of his passport, and a photo of himself holding his passport in perfect view of a camera. Each of the documents were provided to BetMotion.
He has still yet to be paid, and has taken issue that according to the online betting site's terms and conditions, the standard time-frame to verify documents is just 48 hours, and the standard time-frame for a payout to be processed is 3 working days. Both of the time-frames have since expired.
Sportsbook Review has asked BetMotion for comment on the player's situation.
