BetMotion Player has Negative Experience Following Payout Request
A BetMotion Sportsbook (SBR rating C+) player has filed a sportsbook complaint.
The player has told SBR that he put in his first withdrawal request with the sports betting website last week.
He was given a three day time-frame to be paid via EcoPay, but did not receive the payout in the requested time-frame so the player consulted with the sportsbook by live chat.
At this point, BetMotion informed him that he would be paid the next day. The next day, instead of receiving payment he received an email indicating that he needed to submit his documentation (identification and proof of address) in order to receive payment approval. These documents were sent and then approved, according to the player.
The next day, instead of receiving payment another e-mail came through indicating he needed to send a photo of himself holding his ID next to his face. He obliged this request. The sportsbook sent another e-mail saying this document was approved.
He has yet to be paid through Ecopay and has not been advised what the holdup is.
