BetAtHome suspends account with €1,930 balance
A BetAtHome (SBR rating C-) player claims that his account has been suspended with a €1,930 balance. The player states that BetAtHome has not provided any information on his account status, and that all required ID documents are on file with the sportsbook. BetAtHome is known for shutting down accounts without providing players any details. SBR is following up.
On Wednesday, September 5th, 2012, SBR reported that BetAtHome Sportsbook confiscated a player's balance. BetAtHome allegedly did not refund the player's deposit or provide details on how it concluded the player defrauded them.
On August 16th, SBR reported that BetAtHome confiscated a player's €886 balance. BetAtHome told the player that he was guilty of violating their terms and conditions, but did not provide specifics.
BetAtHome was featured in an SBR Industry Video report on August the 28th due to their dodgy way of dealing with player accounts.
