BetAtHome Sportsbook player's €698 dispute
BetAtHome (SBR rating C-) has reportedly confiscated €698 from a player. The user told SBR that he deposited €712 after signing in through his friend's computer, who has a referrer's account with BetAtHome. BetAtHome reportedly told the player he was in violation of their terms and conditions and refunded his deposit. BetAtHome has deferred to the LGA's judgment in this case.

On December 23rd, SBR reported that a BetAtHome player's account was closed. The player held a €1,450 balance with BetAtHome Sportsbook. The player was given no update and his deposit was not refunded. BetAtHome did not comment on this dispute.
BetAtHome suspended a player's account with a €1,930 balance, as reported by SBR on October 8th. The user claimed that all ID documents were on file.
SBR reported on September 5th that a player's balance was confiscated on suspicions of fraud, and no additional information provided.
BetAtHome is licensed by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA) of Malta. SBR urges players with outstanding disputes to file their claims with the LGA.
