BetAtHome Sportsbook player with frozen balance
A BetAtHome Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) player has filed a sportsbook complaint. The player claims that his account has been suspended with a balance of €2,200. He says that BetAtHome support has failed to provide a reason for the action, and that he has not been in violation of any BetAtHome Sportsbook's terms and conditions. SBR is following up on this player complaint.
BetAtHome Sportsbook users have consistently reported of lackluster customer service. BetAtHome is generally regarded favorably when things are going well, but the sportsbook is quick to label bonus manipulation, fraud, acting in concert, and many of the usual approaches bookmakers take to fleece their customers.
BetAtHome Sportsbook generally does not respond to SBR concerning player complaints. SBR advises players to launch complaints against BetAtHome through the Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA) of Malta, although the LGA has developed a reputation as nothing more than a rubberstamper for their gaming licensees. The LGA has seen many high-profile sportsbook collapses under their supposed watch, inclunding Stryyke (SBR rating F), BetOnBet (SBR rating F), and BetAfterBet (SBR rating F) just to name a few.
Sportsbook Review.com will update through its news feed in the event that BetAtHome addresses this dispute. BetAtHome Sportsbook player feedback is encouraged.
