BetAtHome bettor has account locked after soccer live betting
A BetAtHome Sportsbook player has filed a complaint.
The player claimed to have registered his sports betting account with BetAtHome approximately three weeks ago.
He deposited €200 and exclusively made sports bets on soccer through BetAtHome's live, in-play betting markets.
His account has since been restricted by the online sportsbook. He has said that he believes his account details were verified successfully, however his account was locked and he was given no explanation. The player holds a current balance of €690 which has not been paid to him.
The player received an initial deposit bonus of €50 on top of his starting €200 deposit.
BetAtHome has said that they are only willing to discuss details of sportsbook complaints with the registered account holder. Sportsbook Review has asked the player to contact BetAtHome and CC SBR on the correspondence.
In the event that the betting site is unwilling to provide the player with information on his balance, his next step will be to file a complaint with the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).
Sportsbook Review reported last week that a BetAtHome player had a €5,000 balance confiscated.
BetAtHome is a C rated betting site in the online sportsbooks rating guide.
