Bet2Be Payout complaint #29 reported
A Bet2Be Sportsbook (SBR rating D) player has filed a payout complaint.
The player requested his first withdrawal two weeks ago for €1282. The payout was requested via Neteller. His documents were verified shortly after being submitted. The payout request has yet to be completed. This is the 29th complaint received against Bet2Be.
Sportsbook Review reported on October 23 that the Isle of Man Gambling commission acknowledged the large number of complaints launched against the bookmaker in relatively short order.
The response from the Isle of Man Commission read as follows:
“Thank you for taking the time to compile and collate this information re Bet2be.com. The GSC have been in dialogue with Joint Sports Betting Ltd; however having now discussed this internally I can confirm that the Commission will be escalating this immediately. Thank you again for your assistance with this, it is appreciated.”
SBR is inquiring on what if any progress has been made in assessing the state of financial affairs at Bet2Be.
As reported by SBR in the initial Bet2Be review, the betting site ruffled the feathers of many players with their outlandish request to see proof of tax documents from players. Numerous players reported being prompted to upload said documents randomly. Bet2Be has not explained the request to SBR, and no part of their terms and conditions acknowledges that players will have to produce such documents.
Bet2Be players in need of assistance should submit a sportsbook complaint with SBR.
