BestBet.com Bettor has deposit refunded and no winnings paid

A BestBet.com Sportsbook (unrated) complaint has been received.

The player claimed to have signed up and deposited €600 to the online sportsbook two months ago.

He increased his balance to approximately €1,400 before submitting his first ever withdrawal request.

After submitting his documents, his account was closed. The player has claimed that his documents were submitted on October 30.

BestBet Complaint Time-line
After having his account closed on 10/31, no additional information was given to him.

He received his deposit back to his eWallet account on 11/12, but has not been paid his winnings. What's more, the player has said that he was wagering purely with his deposit --- he accepted no bonus, so the winnings should have no rollover tied to them.

BestBet.com is an online sportsbook using the EveryMatriix (OddsMatrix) software.

This is presently the sole complaint on file against the betting site. SBR has escalated the complaint to BestBet.com management and will keep readers posted on the status of the issue.
