1XBet voids nine winning bets, says player
A 1XBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D) player has filed a complaint.
The player has claimed that he made nine winning sports bets yesterday for a total profit of €600, however today he logged in to his betting account to find that 1XBet voided each bet.
The player was told that he had violated their terms and conditions.
1XBet wrote the following email to the player:
"We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).This decision is based on the official Terms and Conditions point 2 subpoint 30 of the betting companyThe decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service.After that we have all reasons to suppose that all the bets placed in the account have not been placed by you.It is the point of violation of the Terms and Conditions of the betting company. We ask you not to create new accounts in our website.Drawing your attention to the moment if you try to create new accounts,we will block them.At the same time, your actions have been a violation of the above mentioned Terms and Conditions.The Decision concerning the stopping any collaboration with you is final and it is not the subject for review."
The player has adamantly denied wrongdoing and requested SBR's intervention. SBR has asked 1XBet management how it concluded that the player was guilty of the infraction and specifically why the betting site would nullify accepted bets.
