1XBet keeps player in purgatory for a month and counting
A 1XBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) player has filed a complaint with SBR.
For the previous month the player's account has been locked and he has been unable to place a wager or make a withdrawal from the online sportsbook.
He has been given only generic updates so far with no ETA given on when he will be in the clear to request payment.
The player described the ordeal in his filed complaint with SBR, which is embedded below.
1XBet Player: "Hi. I have a problem with 1xbet, because their ``security department`` is verifying my account for 1 month, and I can`t make any withdraw from this betting agency.They have all documents what they needed. I`ve sent them amount of emails where is the problem, but they answer is still the same ``Dear user. Please take our apologies. You will get the answer after the verification process is completed. ``. I think, that 1month for verification is not normal."
Indeed, a whole month to verify a player's betting account is not normal.
SBR has reported on several complaints ranging from the KYC process to wagering complaints to no-pay issues against the D- rated betting site. Players in need of assistance should submit a sportsbook complaint form.
