10Bet Sportsbook Player Receives Payment

Sportsbook Review reported earlier in the week that a 10Bet player claimed that 300,000 Russian Rubles($4,958) were outstanding.

10Bet management addressed the complaint with SBR and said that there were discrepancies with the player's documents.

The player had to send a copy of his ID via courier to resolve the matter. The player has now received payment from the online sportsbook, and the dispute is considered closed.

Following the report of this issue, a second payout complaint was received from a player who claimed a €1,100 balance was outstanding.

The player stated that a high quality scan of all documents were supplied to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Management stated that the player was actually paid within the stipulated time-frame. The player has confirmed receiving payment as normal.
