10Bet Sportsbook addresses payout complaint

Online sportsbook 10Bet has addressed a payout complaint reported by a player.
The player claimed to have started playing with the online sportsbook two months ago and requested a $3,046 payout request - equivalent to 200k Russian Rubles - before running into problems.
The player claimed to have sent a notarized copy of his ID via DHL, but that his account is still under review for over a month.
10Bet countered that the player actually submitted false documents, prompting their need to receive physical documents through ground mail. 10Bet did not specify to the extent which the documents were false, if ID had been expired or the like.
The sportsbook complaint is presently open, but if the player indeed submitted false documents, the complaint would be considered closed.
