Comments: Exremely slow or No payouts. They give the excuse everytime that they have to verify your bank account every single time you need to make a withdrawal. Toll Free support number redirects you to a Phone Sex hotline. Site is usually unavailable on Football Sundays so you have to make all your bets on Saturday. Scam site stay away at all costs.

Comments: I have bet with Sportingbet USA for abou five years. I used their casino a lot in addition to sports wagers. Everytime I got enough ahead for a partial payout, I had to jump through so many hoops, it wasn't fun. Then the delays were so long, I wound up rewagering the amount due, so I never actually got a cent back. Now my account is frozen for no explained reason now, and I have to go through more hoops to use it. There's less than two hundred avaiable now, and I may never see it. (I'm nearly deaf, but they won't let me handle anything ny email. When I call requesting clear, slow speech - I have an adaptive phone - I get what seems like mumbling, so I'm not even sure they are reopening my account!) On top of that, they featured a Superbowl promotion on the NFL betting page during the two weeks befor the game. I bet $70 at then current odds. It turns out the feature related to the 2007 Superbowl, which I had overlooked apparently, though I swear that information was not obvious. They wouldn't rescind the bets. Now I have wagers on THIS YEARS Superbowl contenders at odds in the range of 3 -1. Seems like a scam. Overall, I've paid them about $1200. Gene

Comments: I have been a loyal customer for two years now and never had any problems with this book. What I like the best is that your account is updated quickly and accurately after processing pending wagers, and I never had a problem withdrawing funds. Customer service always picks up and is very helpful regarding questions I've had. Also night lines are posted early night before for next nights action and site always up and running. Would definately recommend!

Comments: I have used Sportingbetusa.com for several years. I was with Sporting bet at the time they were acquired. At first they would payout in a timely fashion, but lately they have slowed down. Now, every time I try to access their web site, I am not able to do so. I can access any other site with no problem. So, I cannot check my balance. Yesterday I called in to report the problem and the customer service rep pulled up my account and said all I need to do is dellete the cookies in my internet explorer to access their site. (Never was a problem before) I then was granted access to my account. However, I have not been able to access the account since. I now realize that they are a bunch of con-artists and they got me. I want to deposit funds with a new book from your list, but I am very leary with on line books at this point because they request so much personal information to fund a account.

Comments: Have dealt with these guys for years. Why??? I don't know. I guess I'm just a sucker. These guys claim to be publicly traded but simply DO NOT PAY or if they do it will take a long time and a lot of BS! They owe me just a few hundred and I have lost to them thousands over the years but they WILL JUST NOT PAY. They are LIARS. There website says INSTANT NETELLER and FIREPAY 24/7 payouts. What a joke!!! www.sportingbetusa.com should be avoided like the plague. You have been warned!

Comments: I had problems with this sportsbook last March.I made a withdraw back in March ($100) in which they deducted from my account but I never recieved it in my firepay account. Just recently logged on to their site and amazingly my $100 bucks was credited back to my account.So, I make a bet and win. Again, I make a withdraw of $100 bucks to my firepay account. Guess what? I never recieved it and my account is minus 100 bucks again. This sportsbook should be shut down by the web host. Do not sign up with this sportsbook!

Comments: I recently won a confirmed wager by sportingbetusa for 500 to win 550. Tiger Woods final round of the British Open. After I won, I noticed the money wasn't in my account. Called their customer service, and they stated the "line" was wrong and they have the right to change it per their rules, and so they "no actioned" the wager. Well, 3 days later, my winnings were actually placed into my account, I immediately took it out. I stayed with sbusa, assuming they just had made a mistake. Well, 12 days later, when I only had about $106 in my account, they decided to take that away, I called them and they stated I owed them 550 dollars, the money from the woods wager, because they again decided to change their mind. SBUSA has the most worthless customer service you can come across. It is clear that their management structure is very unprofessional. Their rules did not give them the ability to simply no action the wager, and should have at the very least, given me the winnings at the correct "line", per their rules. They so far have not done. If this is the case, then their rules mean nothing to them, and they are very dangerous to gamble any serious money with, because it seems the people handling the pay out structure are not qualified or intelligent enough. I will definitely not place any more money into this site, nor should anyone else.

Comments: HORRIBLE, after 4 months of trying to get my money they keep on saying: I need to send information for them to "confirm" my bank account.. If it really was a fraudulent transaction the real owner of the account would've reported it by now, anyway I am still having trouble getting my money. They keep making bull**** up in live chat and saying the same OVER and OVER again. I am fed up with this and I'm going to england next week, and I'm going to stab the god damn owner of this sports book once I find out who it is.

Comments: On two occasions, I was cheated by this sportsbook. On the first occasion, I placed a wager on a 4th quarter for a basketball game. The rules for quarter bets are not marked in a place labeled "Rules", but in a section marked "Special Notes." I didn't knew where to locate it so I placed a bet for the 4th quarter "over" in this particular game. The game went into overtime and I won the wager that way, but not in regulation. After I didn't get paid the wager which I thought I won because overtime always counts, they told me that overtime counts in every other wager except 4th quarter bets! So I didn't get paid and I told them I didnt knew this because there were no rules posted anywhere, and then thats when they told me the rules were under "special notes". Who looks for rules in a place called "special notes"? The second incident happened where I was in a hurry and placed a wager and had to run out real quick. So I put it in and didn't wait around to see if it was placed. I never had a problem before with this book, I figured I would never have to sit and watch the bet go through. Boy was I wrong. Later on, when I went to check if I was paid because I had won the wager, I seen an "Internal Server Error" message inside the betting window and it said that this sportsbooks server had an error and the bet never went through. It said you could check the error log for more information. I believe I should have been paid because it was their equipment that failed. When I spoke to a supervisor on the phone he said they would not pay it and when I told him I wanted them to check the error log for confirmation because the message told me to, he refused! What kind of customer service is that? They have faulty equipment and it's not my fault and I don't get paid!? Needless to say, I am looking for a new sportsbook.

Comments: When I was on the live chat with one of their staff members, Frank, I was assured of a 15%immediate bonus within 24hrs. I waited 24hrs to no avail. So I did 3 live chats in 2hrs. The first guy (David) told me it would be in in minutes. The 2nd guy at first told me it's 24-48hrs but later corrected himself when I reminded him it is spelt out on his website (within 24hrs). The 3rd guy really dropped the bombshell, said that I need to show more patience and this being a Sunday usually experience heavy traffic and my bonus will take up to 36hrs! What crap, now I know why you guys give them a C+

Comments: This sportsbook is a total scam. Deposits are quick & easy, but, if you want to withdraw your money, forget it. Customer service gives you the complete runaround package. stay away from this sportsbook!

Comments: Sporting Bet USA offers a %15 sign up bonus. I am still waiting for my sign up bonus, as they say, "The managers are reviewing it. Give it 24 hours." I have given it almost a week and after 5 phone calls, still no bonus. I also referred a friend who made a deposit. The website states I should get a $25 referral fee, immediately after my referral bets $50. They did bet it and I get the same poor customer service. I still have not received the referral bonus. I wait on hold for up to 15 minutes every time I call. The online site is fine, the customer service is extremely poor! I guess this is what happens when you stray from the A rated sites!

Comments: This was my first week on this website. On Saturday, the servers went down and I was unable to place a few bets. When I came back in the afternoon, 3 hours after the games I did bet were finished, they still had not credited the games I won to my account. On Sunday, I started placing bets for the NFL early games 1 hour early. I did not get all of my bets in because the server was busy. They told me to call the toll free number, which was busy. Then I could not get on the site for the late games because the server was still down. I will withdraw my money tomorrow and let you know how the payout goes, but I don't have a good feeling about this.

Comments: You will notice I have given this sportsbook a Grade 'A' for bonuses and promotions. That is because the genorosity of SportingbetUSA appears too good to be true. Unfortunately it is. The promotions and bonuses offered here allow the lucky punter to fill his boots. Only when he comes to withdraw his funds does he realise that not only have they been emptied again, but that his boots have been stolen too.

My wife and I both had accounts with this bookie, and each week we took advantage of its $10 "freebet", a straight 50/50 baseball bet between two options, each of them at evens. The way in which we bet, for convenience, meant that one of us would win each week and the other would lose - fairly much par for the course for a 50/50 shot. We didn't, and couldn't, gain an unfair advantage in this way.

Nevertheless when we came to withdraw our money we had a portion of it withheld as we had allegedly been committing "wager fraud" by "backing both sides". SB-USA decided that my wife and I were the same person, even though we had both submitted our individual IDs to demonstrate that we weren't. "We say you are and our decision is final" I was told, and that abruptly.

However, it didn't end there. When our remaining funds (which were not in dispute) failed to arrive too I asked why and was told (seriously!) that the remainder of our deposit money and the proceeds of legitimate wagers was to be confiscated. SB-USA refused to give a reason and arbitrarily closed the correspondence between us.

My wife and I are now embarking upon legal action to recover our funds.

SportingbetUSA, in my view and experience, is not and makes very little pretence to be an honest operation. Punters should give them a very wide berth indeed, because once they have handed them over they will quite simply never see their funds again.
