SkyTower upgraded from C to C+
Five GamblersPalace (SBR rating C) slowpay complaints have been received. Two of the payment requests were made in September of 2009, the other three were initiated in December. A total $6025 is owed to the players. GamblersPalace has in two instances changed bonus terms after the fact and forced players to complete additional rollover. GamblersPalace is a sister sportsbook to SkyTower (SBR rating C).
On October 13th SBR reported on an alleged Skytower (SBR rating C) slow-pay for a payment requested June 26th. Skytower has informed SBR that the player’s rollover had not yet been met as he had wagered on proposition bets. Skytower customer service was initially mistaken on reason for not filling the player’s request. Skytower has stated that the player will be paid in full via Moneybookers this month. SBR will update this report.
A slowpay report has been levied against Skytower (SBR rating C). The player requested $4975 on June 29th. The player has been sent three payments toward his balance and is still owed $2605. SBR advises players experiencing slowpay issues from Skytower to file a sportsbook complaint form.
Coral (SBR rating A-) adds notice that it will now grade all cricket bets that it has not offered a price for the tie or draw as no-action (voided wager).
GamblersPalace (SBR rating C) & Skytower (SBR rating C) states that it reserves the right to require users to leave bonus and deposited funds in the account for 30 days before withdrawing.
BetOnline (SBR rating A-) adds statement regarding the voiding of winnings from free-play wagers where the bettor bets on both sides of the same game.

SBR has not received a new complaint from users of the sportsbooks, which has upgraded its management staff over the last year, since late 2004. GamblersPalace (SBR Rating F-) -currently unable to pay customers- is offering a 50% bonus for new members. SBR believes this promotion might be used by this seemingly scam operation to raise funds from unaware customers. GamblersPalace, as well as their sister books Skytower.com (SBR rating F-) and Simplenetbet.com (SBR rating F-), have a long record of slow- and no-pay complaints. SBR advices players to tread lightly.
Gamblers Palace (SBR rating F-) telling players they cannot process payouts until September. They claim their funds are frozen at Banco ELCA, which is being audited by the Costa Rican government. Gamblers Palace is a sister book of Skytower.com (SBR rating F-) and Simplenetbet.com (SBR rating F-). SBR has received many slow- and no-pay complaints from this group in the past.
Payout complaints this week - all are long standing members of the SBR Avoid List- SportsbookUSA, SportsInteraction (1 positive received also), English Sports Betting, Skytower, and Pro5Sports.
Another payout confirmed from Skytower which is in very slow pay mode but apparently not dead.
A rare payout from scam book Skytower has been confirmed.
