The brand is powered by Win United Ltd. in Malta, which also operates YouWin Sportsbook (SBR rating C-). SBR is attempting to interview one of the Win United Ltd. managers for comment on the move.

A YouWin (SBR rating D+) player wagered O106 on the Tulane vs SMU basketball game on 1/25/2012. The player claims the odds were in-line at the time, however the player was only refunded the risk amount for his bet. The player states that YouWin alleged a technical error caused the bet to be declared void. SBR is following up on this sportsbook complaint.
On January 5th, 2012, SBR reported that YouWin confiscated €14,677 from players in 2011.
YouWin Sportsbook is a Malta-based operation that is licensed by WinUnited Ltd. WinUnitedLtd. also powers the non-US Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D-).
UPDATE: Management explained that the match was incorrectly graded as abandoned, and states that the mistake was rectified at 23:29ET and all winning bets including the punter who filed the complaint were properly settled. SBR considers this dispute closed.

A Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D-) player who was moved over to the operation's new Malta-based website, Global.Sportsbook.com had his futures wager reinstated. The player followed Sportsbook.com (ag) instructions to request his pending wagers be honored. Sportsbook.com initially surprised thousands of non-US based players by sending an email informing them that non-US operations would be moved to the new website Global.Sportsbook.com, which is headquartere in Malta. The players were required to register new accounts to have their balances transferred over. The email stated that all pending wagers, including futures had been voided.
The new operation carries a sublicense from Win United Ltd., the gaming company which powers YouWin Sportsbook (SBR rating D-). Day to day operations are managed by YouWin executive "John", who also discusses player disputes with Sportsbook Review.
Sportsbook.com to player: We confirm that your future bet: Texas Rangers(9/2) 2011 American League Pennant - Odds to Win, has been reinstated and the total amount of 200 Euros has been deducted from your balance.

SBR has spoken with one of the
Sportsbook.com non-US managers, who also manages the YouWin (SBR rating D-) brand, concerning the news that players who were transferred over to Global.Sportsbook.com once the non-US brand moved to Malta would lose their futures wagers. The manager told Sportsbook Review that the decision was made to extend players a conditional offer to have their futures bets restored. Players with canceled futures are asked to contact SBR immediately, either through
sportsbook complaint form or by writing directly to help@sportsbookreview.com.
