Management tells SBR that the problem is isolated to those who have requested payment by check. GCS has been in need of a new payment processor since PayManager closed over one month ago. SBR recommends that players choose Neteller or Western Union for transfers until this issue is resolved and all players have received payment. Parlaybook states that past-due checks are currently being sent from their new processor.
