ActionBets upgraded from D- to D
ActionBets (SBR rating D-) now operated by BetEagle (SBR rating C-) which is part of Eagle Data Processing (Eagledp). Due to the financial processing void left by Neteller, many small and medium-sized sportsbooks have opted to allow third party services or larger sportsbooks to service remaining players.
ActionBets (SBR rating D-) pushes back date of next installment to delinquent account holders. Players were assured payment would reach them this week but are now told to expect payment within three weeks.
ActionBets (SBR rating D-) meets with SBR to discuss current situation. Ownership tells SBR that it is liquidating assets and that the majority of delinquent bettor accounts will be settled next week. For most players, this would be the final payment during one month of delays. SBR has also received seven complaints from ActionBets players whose accounts have been frozen for nearly two months. SBR will assist Actionbets with the assessment of these accounts. Players who hold frozen balances should supply Actionbets with a picture ID and two documents, such as utility bills, that confirm the address listed in their ActionBets account.
Actionbets tells SBR they expect the next bank wire, which is in the amount of $50,000, to reach Neteller on Wednesday. The sum will not clear all debt to players, but the sportsbook states that each customer with a pending withdrawal will receive, at minimum, a partial payment.
7/13/2006 5:35:24 PM Update: Actionbets sends installments of up to $2,000 to players owed.
SBR has confirmed that multiple ActionBets (SBR rating D-) account holders have received portions of their withdrawal requests. The book tells SBR that one of the bank wires has reached the merchant account that was responsible Monday’s Neteller payouts. ActionBets is entering its third straight week in delinquent status.
7/5/2006 1:56:32 PM Update: ActionBets’ response to player requests: "I’m sorry to inform you that we cannot process anymore payments until our Neteller balance is renewed again in less than a week. Excuse the delay and trust our efforts in paying you as soon as we can."

ActionBets (SBR rating D+) one week behind on withdrawals. The book has been able to send some partial payments thanks to new deposits. Today, a player reported receiving a $2,000 Neteller payout in response to a $5,000 request. Actionbets’ delinquent amount exceeds $100,000. Large balance holders are waiting for ownership to fund merchant accounts.
(SBR rating D+) withdrawals unavailable regardless of requested payout method. The book was able to send partial balances owed through Western Union yesterday but has stopped processing payouts completely today. ActionBets says it must wait for deposits or a bank wire expected early next week, before resuming transfers.

sending Western Union payments in place of Neteller requests. ActionBets tells SBR it will conclude a fraud investigation, which involves a group of players brought to the sportsbook by a staff member, before the end of the week. The sportsbook’s rating will be reevaluated Monday.

Player reports ActionBets(SBR rating C) refusing to honor free monthly Neteller withdrawal as stated on website. Player also complains that his payout request was initially denied resulting in a one day delay.
"I requested a $4532 Neteller withdrawal via their website on the evening of Sunday Nov. 27. The funds, minus fees, were sent promptly after I re-submitted the withdrawal request. They do not process payouts on Monday that are submitted over a weekend. I have received the funds minus $60. $30 for each Neteller transaction required to send the payout." "I don’t feel this is consistent with what is stated on actionbets’ website"
