sportsbetting.com addresses player complaint
Sportsbetting.com (SBR rating C-) has addressed the sportsbook complaint reported on April 12th. Sportsbetting.com has stated that the player had mismatching names on the ID documents provided, and took more than a month to reply with the required information, causing the payment delay. Sportsbetting.com has stated that the payment was processed as normal after the player's account was verified.

In a second case, a player requested a wire transfer of $1127 on March 26th and has yet to receive his funds. Sportsbetting.com has stated the processed wire which left their account is missing, and that it can take up to 4 weeks for the bank to return the money.
