partygaming plc acquires gamebookers (sbr rating c ) PartyGaming.com: PartyGaming, the world’s leading online gaming company, announces today that it has acquired the business and assets of Gamebookers, an online sports betting business, from Trident Gaming PLC (“Trident”) for an estimated net cash consideration of €102 million (after estimated working capital adjustments of €3.0 million).
