Bodog (SBR rating C+) tells SBR that maximum check processing time is down from 40 to 20 business days. Player feedback has reflected this over last few weeks. Bettors with the ability to accept neteller and other eWallets continue to report same day payouts.

8/2/2008 02:41 PM
BoDog downgraded due to processing issues. Bodog (SBR rating B-) tells SBR that closing third party processors have forced them to reroute transfers through other payment services. This has caused players to wait even longer than the 40 business days listed on the Bodog website. Players who deposited via person-to-person transfer methods have the ability to receive payment through the same method within three business days. Non-U.S. users using eWallets, neteller or Moneybookers are offered payment within one business day. Bodog's downgrades from A to B- this summer reflect the book's inability to send checks or bank wires in a time frame consistent with top sportsbooks.

Vegas-Sportsbetting player reports no-pay dating back to September 2007
The bettor requested $400 through neteller in September and has since requested the remainder of his $1,500 balance. The Vegas-Sportsbetting (SBR rating F) website gives him the message that he is not allowed to have more than one "pending withdrawal." Emails to the scam operation have bounced and the phone representative continuously claims management is not available to address the payout request. The player explains how he was duped by Vegas-Sportsbetting:
I have tried contacting them through 'live chat' help but when you eventually are told you have an operator, as soon as you mention 'withdrawing' money, they disappear and no further dialogue takes place. The email address they give for support just bounces back. I currently have over $1500 in the account. I must confess to not realising there are so many bogus sportsbook in operation, in the UK where I reside you never get these sort of problems. I actually work for the Racing Post - national daily racing/sports paper - and will be writing up my experiences with this firm, and advising everyone to check out your ratings and reviews about any sportsbook before opening an account and departing with money with these firms. They are very clever. The NFL markets in particular are frequently updated, giving the impression that its a very workable and therefore trustworthy operation.
This group of sportsbooks is known for scamming players on future wagers and failing to pay winners. Players can view a list of all sister sportsbooks of Vegas-Sportsbetting here.

Sportsbooks to survive lethal Futurebet partnership? DimeLine Sportsbook offers updates on customer service and payout complaints while lifeless sportsbook, USDbet, claims it is under new management and players will see it pay again.

USDbet (SBR rating F) has failed to respond to players and SportsBook Review since informing SBR it was victimized by Futurebet in October of last year and did not have player funds. The sportsbook's management suggests there is reason for players to be optimistic.
USDbet: Dear Bill, USDBet is under new management and finally doing its own processing. Software will remain the same, however the problem was with processing not the software. We are paying out all pending withdrawals, so please redirect players who have contacted you with withdrawal problem to this mailing address: mail@usdbet.com. Thank you. Best regards, James USDBet.com

DimeLine Sports (SBR rating D) tells SBR it will address complaints and that the book is close to upgrading its customer service department.
DLS: Apparently after reading your forum there are still some complaints regarding payouts from Dimeline. Our payouts are completely current and if here are clients who have not been paid it is a mistake. Please let the players know to contact me directly at aglende27@gmail.com and I will take care of this. Also I wanted to let you know that we are a few weeks away from providing our own customer support and completely being out from futurebet's horrible support team. We are also launching our poker network by June 1, 2008 and bringing back neteller which will speed up the payout process for international clients. If you notice there are no payout complaints from USA clients.
SBR currently has three slow-pay and customer service complaints from DLS users. DLS has thus far survived a partnership with Futurebet, which stole bankrolls and profits from the majority of its licensees. BetOnUSA (SBR rating D-) was the last book to join the no-pay network. BetOnUSA is believed to have taken over the Futurebet software source code and partnered with the network which did its last cash-grab on turnkey sportsbooks and their players.

Internet1x2 (SBR rating D+) resolves reported slow-pay issues but new complaints received in March

March Madness Interview with Legendz (SBR rating A+) and Las Palmas (SBR rating B-)
Handicapper and SBR writer, Peter Loshak sits down with Line managers at Legendz and Las Palmas to talk about the NCAA betting, opening lines, tourney trends, Vegas and the tourney's biggest bets.

SBR: What kind of handle are you seeing so far, and what kind are you expecting? As I'm sure you know, the handle on this year’s Super Bowl actually declined very slightly in Nevada for the second year in a row, despite expectations that it would break the record for Super Bowl wagering. Do you think this year's March Madness handle will be lower as well?

Las Palmas: Yes, I do feel like this year's Madness handle will be lower but I also feel like overall this was a pretty tough year for the industry. I think it’s the worst I've seen in my eight years. We've seen the BOS and neteller issues and many books getting scared out of the U.S. market. It’s not easy, especially for smaller offices.

Legendz: Super Bowl handle also declined because on paper it was not a real attractive game point spread-wise. And there is an economy right now going on, not to get political,

SBR: No, get political.

Legendz: Well, an economy that isn’t conducive to running off to Vegas like you had in the past. March Madness offshore though, I don’t expect to be any different from last year. It will be busy and I assume profitable. | Full Interview

EZ Sports Group's Vegas-Sportsbetting (SBR rating F) hitting another player with Futures bet scam?
This group attracts victims with a professional looking webpage and enticing odds. Offering extremely generous payoffs on future bets and then voiding the winning wager due to a "bad line" is one of the EZ Sports book’s biggest cons. This allows the book to take a healthy amount of wagers during an entire season, while having no intention of paying out. The book is able to take in large amounts of cash, eventually upsetting only a small percentage of those bettors, most never realizing they were swindled. Past victims include those who took the Detroit Pistons and the Los Angeles Lakers to win the championship.
Player: I didn't realise that Vegas-sportsbetting was a scam book part of the EZ group until just now when I checked your site. I did so because I had backed the NY Giants there and requested a $4575 withdrawal last week. I had no problems loggin in then, I requested the withdrawal (to neteller) and waited. I didn't see anytihng happen from my neteller end so I tried to log in now to vegas-sportsbetting and I cannot get in. They have obviously blocked my account. I have tried and tried to log in and it wont work. What kind of recourse do I have now?

Internet1x2 (SBR rating D+) player waiting for payout and emails for over three weeks
Player: "I have requested a withdrawal via neteller over 3500 USD, 27th Novemer 2007 and a second payout over 2000 USD 4 days ago.The total I requested is 5500 USD.I also sent Internet1x2 my bank account details twice, if the prefer a bank transfer. Since more than 20 days there is no response to my e-mails and they don´t process the payout. I don´t know what I can do else. Could you please help me with this withdrawal problem."
The sportsbook, which was considered a no-pay scam through much of 2006, has thus far managed to avoid being the subject of serious payout complaints in 2007. Prior to this report players have not submitted a complaint in nearly five months. 1x2's finance manager, Moshe, is credited with helping the book deal with player issues early on and addressing payout requests over one year old. SBR will inquire with Moshe on this player's behalf.

BetPlatinum (SBR rating C-) slow-paying two players; advertising payout methods they do not offer. The sportsbook has owed one bettor $10,000 for over six months claiming they can only offer Money Gram which is not available in Poland where the player resides. The sportsbook advertises Western Union, neteller, bank drafts and cashiers checks. BetPlatinum has recently outsourced its wagering operation to BetEagle (SBR rating C) but remains in charge of its own banking.

Does your sportsbook advertise a withdrawal method it will not use? Players are encouraged to share this information with SBR.

Jazz and ABCislands downgraded from B+ to B yesterday due to listing unavailable transfer options. Two non-US players have complained that they would not have deposited if they had known that book-to-book transfers with Pinnacle Sports (SBR rating A+) and Bookmaker (SBR rating A+), as well as neteller transfers were not available as advertised. Some players have taken a check paying the additional fees while having to accept the smaller transfer limits. Jazz plans to make both of these options available by the end of next week and will be reevaluated at that time.

Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D+) management confirms with SBR that the Jazette Ltd. Group is now processing payouts to non-US players by neteller. Players who have had to wait over three months have reported receiving five-figure sums in $2500 increments as recently as this morning. The neteller option is not listed as an available transfer method on the group's websites, but owed players have been contacted by email to confirm their neteller account number and arrange transfer. Players outside of the US and Canada who are waiting for a payout from the Sportsbook.com family may contact SBR for assistance in arranging payment. neteller is again seen as a viable option for many sportsbooks, such as BetOnline (SBR rating A-), who relisted the method on their cashier page yesterday. Sportsbook.com management also stated that of the over 2000 players that experienced a one month or longer delay due to processing issues, 93 users remain. Those users, many of whom are from the March 21st batch of botched transfers, are also welcome to contact SBR for assistance.

Sportsbook.com tells SBR they are now targeting the middle of August and are considering using an e-wallet such as neteller or Moneybookers. Some players have waited for payment for over five months and are rightfully upset that the sportsbook will not take the necessary steps to give them their money. Sportsbook.com claims that the new payment processors they have acquired will only deliver payment to users in the United States.

Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D+) family of sportsbooks plans to begin processing payment to non-US players in July. The Sportsbook.com Group currently does not have access to processors with the ability to transfer internationally and no longer offers e-Wallets such as neteller.

Update 6/21/07: Complaints from non-US players mount as they are informed that processing is responsible for lack of payment. Many non-US players are upset that the Sportsbook.com Group has not made their transfers a priority and point out that the delay should be considered a valid slow-pay and a warning sign for the US players that make up the majority of the company's customer base. Processing restrictions are not a factor for most of these users.

6/7/2007 11:11 PM
Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D+) withdrawal update: Sportsbook.com management confirms that they are currently unable to process bank wires. Pending wires have been canceled and should result in a credit for the requested amount back to the bettor's account. Payout requests via check for over $2,500 have also been canceled. Sportsbook.com presently has the ability to send checks in increments of $2,500 or less and is advising players who are owed more than $2,500 to make multiple requests. Many SBR readers and SBRforum posters have confirmed receiving payment. However, some players who have had their requests shuffled between band-aid processors have waited nearly three months. Non-US players have voiced their frustration because Sportsbook.com chooses not to utilize available international transfer services such as neteller and Moneybookers.

Sportsbooks will see an immediate reduction in business now that "e-wallets" such as neteller, myCitadel Wallet and ATMonline are no longer an option for US-focused gaming companies. Low rated sportsbooks relying on player deposits to operate, as well as dishonest bookmakers who believe it may be more profitable to keep player funds than to expand its business model, are the industry’s primary concern. During this high risk period players are advised to only use sportsbooks with a minimum SBR rating of A-. Players are also advised to expect delays in payout processing time from even the best bookmakers. Many operators are attempting to move money quickly to compensate for high demand on remaining withdrawal options.

Three Mansion (SBR rating B-) players file slow-pay complaints. Mansion has blamed technical issues and a bank change for the delay.

Player (12/11/2006): I’m waiting on a $5800+ payout on my account from Mansion.com. The request was made last Tuesday. On Friday I called to check on the status, they told me I needed to forward my Swift number for the transaction to be processed. Then on Friday they told me it was going to be processed today (monday). Today, I contact them and they tell me the delay is due to them changing banks - and that I should receive the money by the end of the week. The site says it normally takes 2 business days. I am very nervous.

WordSportCenter (SBR rating D) closure prompted by criminal charges
The following press release was posted by CNW Group on behalf of the Kahnaawake Gaming Commission.

Kahnawake Gaming Commission suspends CPA held by WSC Management, Inc. Kahnawake, QC, Nov. 30 /CNW Telbec/ - At a meeting today, the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (the "Commission") directed that the Client Provider Authorization ("CPA") held by WSC Management Inc. ("WSC") be suspended, effective immediately. The suspension results from concerns related to criminal charges that have recently been laid against the principal of WSC alleging that he conspired with persons linked with organized crime in Montreal. The Commission decided that these allegations are sufficiently serious and extraordinary that an immediate suspension was necessary to ensure the public interest was not affected in an adverse and material way. The suspension will remain in force unless and until the Commission is provided further information about the allegations in question, at which time WSC’s permit will either be reinstated or revoked.

Expekt (SBR rating C)
: Two players complain that the sportsbook changes the wagered amount as they see fit. No information was sent to the player about the altered bets.

Player: I placed a bet with Expekt, the bet was for £55. I placed the bet and then went to ’pending bets’. It said the bet had been accepted for £55. I then logged into my expekt account the next day and saw that they had rejected £32 of the bet stake. They had done with only about 25 minutes left before the actually bet started.

BetMania (SBR rating B-): Users complain about a one week wait for neteller payments and a lack of listed rules.

Player: I was wondering if you can look into Betmania for me. I have a $13,000 balance there and have completed my rollover. They are telling me that they can’t process my payouts via neteller and they are suggesting eCheck. They said a neteller payout might not be processed until next week. But I want the payout via neteller and will wait if I have to. Also, how come they don’t disclose any daily payout limits on their website? And they wait until you request a payout to tell you there’s a daily limit?

A Second player complains that over $2,000 in winnings were deleted due to being the result of duplicate parlays. BetMania.com does not list rules prohibiting duplicate parlays and it is allowed by the book’s software.

BetOnSports blaming processors for inability to pay.
The manner in which BetOnSports handled the US District Court indictment has been scrutinized by everyone familiar with the situation. Now that the sportsbook has announced it will close and does not have all player funds, the finger pointing has ensued.

Recent reports suggested that BOS was unable to pay players because funds were inaccessible. An Associated Press news release published yesterday on Yahoo News stated "...because of the judge’s order on July 17, some payment processors, or e-wallets as they’re known, have stopped doing business with BetOnSports." AP News interviewed an unnamed BOS executive who stated, "BetOnSports has no way to transfer the bulk of the pending wagers or deposits to gamblers."

Today’s shareholder statement infers that the book’s ability to pay players depends on future earnings and "the Company’s ability to persuade banks and cash processors to release its funds." View full shareholders statement.

neteller tells SBR that was not the case with its BOS merchant service. Once a sportsbook chooses to cease operating, neteller’s policy is to freeze the merchant account. BetOnSports made its intention to suspend operating clear when it released a statement shortly after the indictment was unsealed.

Sportsbook operators and industry analysts tell SBR that BOS overreacted to the affect the indictment would have on the company’s public stock value. BetOnSports Plc is believed to have ceased operating in order to freeze share prices. This left financial processors with no choice but to follow with a suspension on merchant transfers.

New complaint of funds confiscation against BetOnSports (SBR rating C-).
The bettor lost $23,000 to the sportsbook since May 12th before his last deposit on Thursday of $4,000. The player claims the clerk offered him a 30% sportsbook bonus if he would be willing to double his usual deposit of $2,000 to $4000, which he did. The bettor went on to bring his balance to $20,984.87. On Saturday the account was frozen; the sportsbook telling him he was suspected of being part of a "syndicate." Today, $15,600 was sent to his neteller account, $5,384 less than his balance. The player also holds accounts at BetOnSports Plc sites, MVP Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) and Millennium (SBR rating C-), and states he has lost $8900 combined.

Update: BOS Management tells SBR they will once again be reviewing their decision on both cases today.
6/10/2006 11:38 AM
SBR mailbag: SportsInteraction (SBR rating C+) clients complain of payout delays. Three players complained this week of payout delays caused by account audits and internal errors. SIA uses a third party service for fraud control which has told players they must provide their social security number before the book can process a withdrawal. SportsInteraction management tells SBR they intend to change their procedure to avoid inconveniencing established players. SBR has advised SIA to eliminate the social security number requirement or inform players that this will be requested in the book’s Terms Of Service.

Player: "I have had an account with sportsinteraction.com for over a year now, but have never made a withdrawl. I recently attempted to make a withdrawl and it said my neteller account was in use by another account. After almost a month of phone calls we figured out it was because I played at SIAcasino as well, and the problem was fixed in my account. Last thursday I made a withdrawl for $2000 and it went through fine on the site, and the amount was deducted from my balence.

A week later the money still has not been sent to my neteller account. And they are sending emails asking for my social security number and other details about my family I refuse to give to an offshore sportsbook. Please keep in mind this is the same neteller account I used to deposit. This is ridiclious, and no one should have to deal with a month long ordeal to get a payout. Please help!!!!!!"

NoJuice Sports (SBR rating D-) "hoping for infusion of cash"
NoJuice tells SBR that the sportsbook is still waiting for $40,000 to arrive by wire to neteller but admits that they will require an "infusion of cash" from partners to process further payouts. When SBR inquired about the sporadic partial payments sent out this week, we were told that "people are still depositing and as soon as that money comes in, it goes right back out."
6/6/2006 11:59 AM
SBR Bill Dozer reports: NoJuice Sports (SBR rating D) blaming payout delays on three lost bank wires, totaling $40,000. Management states that bank checks and bank wires are offered; however normal processing may require an additional week. Customer service tells SBR that other instant-transfer methods such as Moneybookers and InstaDebit are only available for deposits citing a "new processing system". NoJuice has been downgraded from D+ to D.

Note:
SBR expects a rise in payout complaints this week after neteller informed Costa Rica bookmakers that they would no longer accept emergency/instant account-to-account tranfers through Costa Rican banks. All merchant deposits must be sent to neteller’s bank account in the United Kingdom via standard wire. This change may affect the liquidity of small sportsbooks, and require multiple merchant accounts be adequately funded.
5/31/2006 03:35 PM
Bet4Aces (SBR rating D+) schedules player’s $1,800 neteller payout for fourth business day. Backlogged withdrawal requests will likely be a problem until the book adds sufficient banking resources. Players should be cautious while this new sportsbook struggles through the start-up process.
Update 5/31/2006 6:30:23 PM: Bet4Aces processes withdrawal today, a day before forecasted.
5/25/2006 06:37 PM
SBR Bill Dozer reports: WagerTonight (SBR rating D+) botches player’s withdrawal. SBR has received an influx of complaints from players with Sportingbet Plc & World Gaming licensees who have received bank checks days or weeks after neteller withdrawals were requested. Players are frustrated by banking fees and the inability to deposit their funds at a different sportsbook immediately via neteller.

Player: I recently asked for a neteller withdrawal from WagerTonight, which was denied. Upon reasking, I was sent an e-mail confirming that my payout for 2000USD has been sent via FedEx as a check. I got on Live Help with WagerTonight, who told me that due to the fact that because my deposit wasn’t via neteller, which I assured him it was, my payout couldn’t be via neteller. He denied any record of a neteller deposit, then found one and assured me the check would get to me by 3 working days. After 6 working days and no check, I got back on Live Help and heard the same line again and was told to contact FedEx myself to find where the check was. It wasn’t delivered as WagerTonight had issued the wrong address to them. It finally arrived and will now take approximately 6 weeks to clear as well as incurring a $50AUSD fee. I am most disapointed in WagerTonight’s service and won’t be using them again.

Player: "I asked for a payout thurs. and checked in on Sat. I was told it will be there Sat. then sunday, monday, tuesday,,,,Not sure if I am getting it and I am always asked give it another 24 to 48 hours."

SBR has verified that multiple 5 figure withdrawals have been received by Hollywood players. Clients can feel confident that their funds will reach them, although neteller payouts have taken as long as two weeks. Hollywood customer service tells SBR that they continue to work with new hosting services management on administrative issues responsible for excessive delays.
5/18/2006 11:51 PM
Third Bet4aces (SBR rating D+) client complains during past week that the sportsbook misses scheduled withdrawal mark. Bet4Aces acknowledges difficulties moving funds to neteller but has not made alternate banking options available to players. The bettor hopes to receive his neteller transfer tomorrow, the fourth business day.

Player: "I requested a $2K payout at 8:30AM on Tuesday and was told I’d have my money on Wednesday. Their processing window is 24-48 hrs for neteller. But didn’t get the payout on Wed, and Thursday (today) I called them and was told I’d get it for sure this evening." "I still wonder if I’ll get the payout on Friday afternoon. This is really poor service. Tuesday AM requests not being processed until Friday afternoon???"
5/16/2006 10:48 AM
SBR Bill Dozer reports: Hollywood (SBR rating C+) clients suffer during transition to World Gaming system. Players have complained of missing transaction history and pending wagers, misgraded bets, slow-payment and withdrawals processed by check in the place of neteller requests. SBR has received positive player feedback since the sportsbook began processing all neteller transactions at no charge. Players can receive $5,000 per week via neteller, although the $1,000 daily limit is still in place. Ownership told SBR of plans to increase the the daily limit prior to the start of the football season. SBR Bill Dozer reports: BetonStars(SBR rating D) continues to struggle to keep merchant accounts funded. The sportsbook relocated to its new office on 2/08/06 and management assured SBR that this would be the company’s turning point. BetonStars has since experienced persistent technical difficulties and players continue to report having to wait for their withdrawals. Customer service manager, John, recently left the company to join Bet4Aces(SBR rating D-).

Player: "I have been having a problem getting paid by BetonStars. I requested a $2500 neteller payout on Monday (13th) and have yet to receive it. I called them back on Tues and Wed to re-request the payout and they said that I was "first on their list" to receive money but at this time they had no money in their neteller account. They said they were waiting on funds to clear. Anyway, I waited Thurs and Fri, even placing a $1000 on Fri night (and losing). I just called to check the progress of my withdrawl and they said the customer service department was closed but they could process it for me and I should get it Monday (they didn’t say why it hadn’t been processed on Thurs or Fri). I will let you know what happens but I have a bad feeling about this. This is the first time I have ever used a Sportsbook of questionable reputation and I have learned my lesson. I don’t know if you have had any other complaints recently, but I don’t want anyone else to go through what I have gone through so I thought I should let you know."
2/25/2006 10:30 AM
SBR Bill Dozer reports: BetPlatinum payout complaints continue. The sportsbook was recently downgraded from C- to D+ after slow-paying clients while increasing bonus offers. Players should avoid Platinum and its 30 to 50% bonus promotions at this time.

"I saw the report posted on your website regarding the payout delays with BetPlatinum. Actually, I am having the same problem. I originally requested $2500 payout, but so far I have only received $2000. I know $500 might not be a lot. But I have been so frustrated about the way how they handle this matter. They kept telling me the money is going to be in my neteller account next day. It has been almost one week (I started to request the payout since last Friday 2/17) and I still have not received the remaining $500."
2/20/2006 08:01 PM
SBR Bill Dozer reports: BetPlatinum(SBR rating C-) players complain of payout delays. One user reports waiting three weeks. Management tells SBR they incurred large losses due to an unadvised 30% cash bonus offer promoted by the book’s marketing department; and admits their neteller merchant account has been under-funded for over one week. SBR has confirmed that at least one player has been paid in full today. Platinum states that they can process payouts through methods other than neteller. Those waiting for a withdrawals should contact SBR.
2/8/2006 08:09 PM
SBR Bill Dozer reports: BetonStars(SBR rating D-) phones and livechat down during office move. The migration began two days after the Super Bowl which is the most common time for a failing book to pull the plug. The fast-busy phone signal had players concerned. BetonStars has allowed SBR to visit and take pictures during the setup of their new office.
The sportsbook blames nervous clients for emptying its neteller merchant account. One player has been waiting for a $1500 neteller payout since the weekend. Management tells SBR that they expect to have a funded neteller account, as well as a working phone system tomorrow.
2/9/2006 (3:37:57 PM) Update: Player paid in full.

SBR Bill Dozer reports: SBRforum poster complains Royal Sports(SBR rating D) unable to process payout.

"...reloaded recently and did the same thing only this time my neteller payout was delayed...made the request on Monday and still don’t have the money Friday night...kept getting the run around from customer service saying they are having neteller problems due to an unusually large amount of neteller payouts they recently processed they have exhausted their neteller funds and need to delay payouts....Very scary explanation."

SBR has received two other withdrawal complaints from the company’s users, one from BetRoyal sister site EvertonBet(SBR rating D), within the past week.
1/28/2006 02:57 PM
SBR Bill Dozer reports: BetonStars(SBR rating D-) tells SBR they are waitng for a $10,000 deposit to clear its neteller merchant account in order to pay slow-paid bettors. When asked how they planned to pay players beyond this relatively small sum, management replied: "We will have enough left over to pay other players". BetonStars players now fear that the book will rely on a profitable Super Bowl from the few clients that remain. SBR and slow-paid players were originally assured that this latest wire would clear on January 24th.
1/17/2006 07:36 PM
BetOnStars(SBR rating D-) players nervously trying to get payouts. This sportsbook was heavily promoted by a slippery outfit and their associates that specialize in promoting new and dangerous sportsbooks. Sources in Costa Rica claim they are looking for a buyer. TOW, BetOnStars main promoter, had earlier reported that BetOnStars management had left, that their neteller bank account was empty and that poor business decissions had hurt them. Less than two hours after making the statement TOW said their report was completely false and that the book was actually very healthy. Most industry observers have speculated that this book is now just limping along looking for a bailout partner.

Player writes SBR:
"Jay, (BetOnStars General Manager)
I have written and called you almost a dozen times and have not heard back from you. We had agreed almost 2 weeks ago that you would process payouts for my money as soon as I met the 20x rollover requirement.
I continued to bet as per your assurance and met that rollover 8 days ago. I have not received a dime.
You have sent me explicit emails stating that the accounting department would process a withrawal "ASAP" last Wednesday, but no such thing was ever done."

Players can avoid unscrupulous promoters and high risk sportsbooks by joining only those sportsbooks with an SBR rating of B+ or better.

1/14/2006 08:06 AM
BetOnStars(SBR rating D-) It has been reported that there has been a management change and slow pays.
The sportsbook’s main advertiser, who specializes in promoting high risk sportsbooks, reported that BetOnStars was slow paying, had an empty neteller bank account, that their manager had left and that they had made some "seriously bad business decisions". Later the promoter retracted the statement claiming it was a "misunderstanding" and that the sports book was fine. We can not tell what is true and what is spin at this point.

Players are strongly advised to not have ANY money on deposit at new sportsbooks.
1/2/2006 11:47 PM
SBR Bill Dozer reports: AllSportsCasino(SBR rating D) customer slow-paid. 12/30/2005 12:32 AM
SBR Bill Dozer reports: MySportsbook(SBR rating D+) shorts bettor $700, cites "bonus abuse" as reason. The player has been with the book for three months earning multiple reload bonuses, but has not violated any listed rules. His account activity was subjectively labeled for abusing bonuses. Below is the email to the player from management.

Mr xxxx;
Unfortunately, after the fraud department reviewed your case, it was determine that the account in question was made with the purpose of bonus abusing, therefore, it will remain inactive. According to our records the amount deposited is equal to the amount withdrawn, therefore, no monies are owed in order to offset the funds used via neteller. Best Regards.

In more severe cases, players who have made a profit wagering saw their winnings confiscated as well. Sportingbet management has taken a hard stance against players who treat their incentives as something more than a novelty. It is evident that management may decide not to pay players after reviewing the bettor’s history over the life of the account.
12/28/2005 02:58 PM
SBR Bill Dozer reports: ParlayCardZ, part of the Horizon Twenty Group, slow-paying client $10,000 since 12/22/05. The player initially requested $5,000 via neteller the morning of 10/22, but was told the merchant account was not funded. ParlayCardZ then took the player’s banking information in order to process a $10,000 bank wire, but has blamed the holidays as the reason the funds have not yet been deducted from the bettor’s account. SBR Bill Dozer reports: QuicksilverSports (SBR rating D-) yet to process $2200 neteller withdrawal requested on 7/18/05.
"I requested a withdrawl of $2200 ( neteller ) on 7-18 via email. They never acknowledged the email or processed the request. I called a few days after that and have called constantly since. I have been promised either a neteller withdrawl or a check on a number of occasions, as of yet, nothing but stories. I changed the requested amount to 3500 as concerns grew. The odd thing is when I do talk with Bob, he seems sincere, but never follows thru. In times past, they had processed a couple of withdrawls without incident. I have been pursuing this for almost a month non-stop and would appreciate any help you might offer."

QuickSilver has informed the player that a partial payment has been sent by regular mail. SBR to monitor payout progress.

SBR Bill Dozer reports: Gibraltar (SBR rating C) confiscates customer funds. The book decided they no longer desired a player’s business and agreed to pay him in full. When he received his neteller withdrawal he found that his bonus, and winnings derived from his free-play bonus, had been deducted. The player exceeded his roll-over requirement, yet Gibraltar kept a total of $577 that was previously included in his account balance.

“In the conversation, I was told that I will receive my full account balance, minus the $30 fee for neteller withdrawal, within the day. When I received my funds from neteller, I realized that they’ve deducted $607.5 from my account ($150 initial deposit bonus + $427.5 won on freeplay + $30 withdrawal fee). I called them and I was referred to “Andrew" who is the manager. He told me that they do not want my action and they have the right to confiscate that money and he would not need to give me any more explanation on that because they are operating a business and it is their right to deduct my winnings from my free-play as well as the initial deposit bonus. No appropriate reasons were given. He also mentioned that I’ve won some money with them and they’ve paid me." -L.C

Sister sportsbook BettorsTrust (SBR rating D+) was also guilty of this same action last month. However, management promptly reversed this decision when SBR inquired on the player’s behalf. Players must be able to count bonus monies as p
