mansion88 limits player with £5000 rollover to to £5 max bets
mansion88 (unrated) has limited a player with 5000 in rollover to fill to 5 maximum wagers. The player's balance is 1800. SBR is following up with
mansion88.
mansion88 Player:
mansion88 have limited my account to £5 max wager and I have a rollover of over £5000 on the account. This means I have to place over 1000 wagers of £5 before I can withdraw. They ignored my e-mail and live chat is very unhelpful.
Please can you help me - I've got £1800 sitting doing nothing there since I can't withdraw. I want them to either remove the bonus and payout the rest of my funds or increase the limits back to £100 max wager

Mansion 88 account closure case updateOn 3/5th SBR
reported that
mansion88 (unrated) closed a player's account with a $1284 balance, and refunded his $500 deposit citing multiple accounts. In ensuing communication with
mansion88 management, it was claimed that the situation was resolved. SBR received an email from the player refuting this statement and that he has still not been contacted by Mansion nor been credited the remainder of his funds.

mansion88 closes player account and refunds deposit
mansion88 (unrated) has closed a players account which held a $1284 balance.
mansion88's security department flagged the player for allegedly having multiple accounts registered on one IP address. The player states that his internet service provider assigns dynamic IP addresses which may explain why other users within the same area are linked to that IP. Mansion refunded the players $500 deposit. SBR is investigating the complaint.

mansion88 (not rated) pays player $680 for canceled bet
The players winning NBA wager was originally canceled because Mansion listed the wrong year for the match. Original May 10th:

mansion88 canceled a bettor's winning wager for 400 Pounds ($680 USD) on an NBA playoff game between the Boston Celtics and Orlando Magic two days after the event. The sportsbook claims that it had listed the wrong year, 2050, in the game time. The player was not notified of the cancellation until he asked why the bet had not been graded two days after the wager won. SBR will contact
mansion88 on the player's behalf. Players that wagered on this event at
