enterbet player waiting for funds since 2008 has new hope
An enterbet (SBR rating D-) player has written into SBR with new hope after reading the recent report that highlighted the GoToEntertainment groups move into the BetPhoenix (SBR rating B+) platform. BetPhoenix is not backing the GoToGroup but has told SBR that the hosting arrangement is contingent on GoTo paying owed players.

enterbet player:
Its been well over a year, since I last spoke to you about, slow pay/no pay enterbet. To be honest, I had giving up all hopes of receiving my remaining balance of $1941.05. Until I read your article, about betphoneix contingency to back enterbet, once all owed players has been paid. I would hope, that this would be a chance for me, to finally be cashed out in full. And ask that you would include my account, to the list, of slow pay, dating back as far as 2008.

GoToEntertainment moves to BetPhoenix office and wagering platform
The GoToEntertainment Sportsbook Group, which includes enterbet (SBR rating D-), GoToEntertainment (SBR rating D-) and GoToCasino (SBR rating D-) has moved into the BetPhoenix (SBR rating B+) office and onto the same wagering platform. BetPhoenix is not backing the GoTo Group but tells SBR that the arrangement is contingent on GoTo paying owed players including the 6 players who have reported not being paid to SBR.

Player 1: A GoToCasino player reports being slow-paid $250 from an April 30th payout request.
Player 2: A GoToCasino player reported being slow-paid $250 from a February 3rd withdrawal request.
Player 3: A GoToCasino player reported being slow-paid from a $6,300 withdrawal requested in June of 2009.
Player 4: A GoToCasino player reported being slow-paid $650 from a March 1st payout request.
Player 5: A GoToCasino player reported being slow-paid $2017 from a late 2009 payout request.
Player 6: An enterbet player reports being slow-paid $1500 from a November 2009 payment request.

In a recent letter to SBR, a GoTo group manager acknowledged the slow-pay delays:

GoTo:
We are a couple weeks backed up on our payouts as always happens this time of year, but {name ommitted} payout will be sent next week.

enterbet threatens player being slow-paid $5,300
An enterbet (SBR rating D-) player has reported being slow-paid $5,300. He requested $1,000 on February 7th, $1,900 on February 14th, and $2,400 on February 28th. On April 10th enterbet credited the player's gaming account with $1,900, which is the amount of his second payment request. After calling to speak with enterbet, enterbet claimed they could not remove the credit from his account and provided no other updates on the payout status for this amount nor the two other outstanding withdrawal requests. enterbet allegedly threatened to charge the player $100 for each phonecall made in regard to his payment status. To date no payments have been received from enterbet. SBR inquiries have been ignored.

enterbet states that it will intentionally slow pay correlated parlay players
Two enterbet (SBR rating D-) players have filed slow pay complaints with SBR in the last month. The first player requested his $4000 balance 18 months ago, while the second player requested $1500 in early November. In a discussion with enterbet management on behalf of the two players, enterbet stated the following:

enterbet:
"These two players were verbally warned not to play correlated parlays. They'll get paid, but I am going to slowpay anyone that does this."

Correlated bets are wagers where the favorite is parlayed with the over, or dog with the under in the same game, or parlaying two bets where winning the first leg makes the second more likely to win. The industry standard in dealing with correlated bets is to block games with too high of a correlation between the pointspread and total from being accepted by the betting software. enterbet chose to instead accept all correlated parlays. SBR is continuing to speak with enterbet on the unprecedented decision to intentionally slow pay the winning players.

enterbet (SBR rating D-) payout delay
The enterbet (SBR rating D-) player from the September 25th report has written in to update SBR that he has not received any payment toward his $19522.33 owed since June of 2008, when he last received $250. SBR advises the players with balances at enterbet cease wagering whilst their funds are still in limbo. It is not uncommon for a sportsbook to continue to delay players that have shown a propensity to bet through alleged processor problems.

enterbet player facing 8 month slowpay
An enterbet (SBR rating D-) player has stated that it has been 8 months since he last received payment from enterbet. enterbet has a history of being unable to pay even modestly sized winners in full and instead establishes payment plans with most bettors. SBR advises that players currently being slow paid cease all wagering activity until enterbet issues payment.

enterbet payment struggles follow them into the fall
enterbet (SBR rating D-) has not found an answer to its ongoing sporadic payment cycles. The small post-up shop, which is based out of San Jose, Costa Rica has not made secret of the fact that players even with modest earnings have been placed on payment plans. One such player wrote in to SBR indicating that he has not received a payment in more than three months, and the payments he had received were $250 at a time. The player is owed $1952.33. SBR advises that any player with a balance at enterbet, or any GoToEntertainment sportsbook ceases all wagering activity until payments are received.

enterbet blames "company restructuring" for latest slow-pays
enterbet (SBR rating D-) to player:
Sorry for the delay in responding. Your payout is still being delayed due to some company restructuring. I have been asked by accounting to let you know that payments will come but they will not be available in the short term. The companies resources are committed to paying down former employees and keeping the operations running. Please remain patient and contact me back in about two weeks for an update.
Current players are hopeful that enterbet is buying time before football season begins. The GoTo Entertainment Group routinely puts players on payment plans during the much slower baseball season as they await new deposits and credit revenue.

Third enterbet (SBR rating D) reports slow-pay in two months
The player, who tells SBR this is only his 2nd payout request in seven years as a customer, asked for a $1500 payout in April but only received $500 one month later. enterbet tells the player that challenges with "processing" are to blame. The sportsbook has at least two other players on payment plans which have not been honored. enterbet, part of Goto Entertainment, has been known to stall owed players until football season when deposits begin to fund the sportsbook. GoTo Sportsbooks have taken up to two years to settle with players.
Player: I was given this website to check on a sports book that I am having difficulty getting my funds from. I am hardly a large player; I had a balance of $2000 when I made a withdrawal request for $1500. The information posted on the website says that withdrawals are processed on Monday's. I requested my withdrawal the first week in April of this year. After a month I did receive a $500 payout, and now over a month beyond that I still wait for the rest of my request.
I am constantly told, in a nice manner I might add, that the laws limit their Western Union payments in amount and number per week. I guess I find this hard to believe. It seems a scam. Honestly I have been a customer of enterbet ( I am not sure if the owners are the same now) for 7 years, and I have only had one winning campaign before this year. That year, three years ago, I was paid by a check sent to my home address.
I would appreciate any help you can offer me and any clarification of laws and rules that I am not privy too. I would also love to have a list of sports books who you have found reliable and honorable.

enterbet (SBR rating D) slow-paying player already on payment plan
Two enterbet winning players are currently being forced to accept installment plans. Management originally told SBR this account would be paid in full. Payment plans for GoTo Entertainment Group account holders who are considered to be "sharp" have taken over a year in previous cases.

Player: Here is the scoop- I have now received 3 Western Unions for $250 each. They still owe me around $1900 or so.When last you talked to Barry he apparently told you he would take care of the remained and that was a month and a half ago. My original request date was in late February or early March. I emailed Barry last week and have not yet heard the latest

Slow-paid enterbet (SBR rating D) player receives $250; put on payment plan
The player tells SBR he was asked not to disclose the terms of the payment plan but states he is finally receiving favorable results and expects to paid in full by the beginning of the NFL season. enterbet management has not responded directly to SBR's inquiry regarding this player. The account holder told SBR he was originally told that payouts were stalled because he was a "sharp player" and enterbet was a book that aimed to service recreational bettors. The user is owed over $5,000. | Initial report

Player: The gentleman Palbo, is telling me that I had been label a wise guy player. And because of that, I will be slow paid. He tells me that I will not see another payout before the start of next NFL season. Along with that, he has reduce my online wagers from as much as $2k, to $50.

enterbet (SBR rating D) player reports payouts stalled by accounting department
This is the second player to report being strung along in just over a month. The account holder who filed a complaint in April was paid in full shortly after SBR's report.
Player: I am asking your help with a very slow paying sportsbook, enterbet.com. I have a current balance of $5610, of which I have been trying to cash out since last year NBA season. I have received only two payments this year, amounting to only $500. The problem is, I have been trying to cash out all my funds.

I've been very patient with enterbet. But after reading your article dated 04-03-2008, about how you help a member get paid $2000, after waiting since March 2008, I'm asking if you will please help me get paid.

enterbet downgraded from D+ to D after refusing to pay players based in Asia. The sportsbook continues to hold funds of these winning bettors citing a "bonus abuse" investigation. enterbet is part of the GoTo Entertainment Group which includes GoToCasino and AZcasino. Player: I request 5000usd payout before on 4/9 and they process on 4/9. Accounting managers are telling me that all international payouts for people from Taiwan, China, Taipei, Australia have been put on hold for an outgoing internacional investigation.

I have been trying to get my money for about 1 month now but they just keep giving me the run around.
