dimeplayer (SBR rating B+) purchased by Legendz (SBR rating A-)The sportsbook, which was hosted by
Legendz Sports, is now officially part of the company.
dimeplayer.com’s previous owner had planned to move the website under
BetCascade (SBR rating A-) management but the transfer was put on hold due to software compatibility issues. Legendz CEO, Luke King, tells SBR that "
dimeplayer will be part of legendz for the long haul".
dimeplayer has already been moved to Legendz’s new software,
BLR Technologies.

Cascade (SBR rating A-) office complete. Cascade ownership tells SBR that 777 will change from -107 to -105 pricing. BetCascade Management has hired Richard Jones, formerly Customer Service Manger of Royal Sports (BetRoyal), to assist with managing new brands. A deal to add
dimeplayer (SBR rating B-) has also been completed although software compatibility issues have delayed the server change.

dimeplayer accounts and balances have been transferred from the
Legendz Sports Group (SBR rating A-) and are expected to be active on Cascade’s wagering platform tomorrow, when the server transfer is complete.

dimeplayer (SBR rating D-) has agreed to pay players in dispute while maintaining the players broke certain rules. Management of
dimeplayer believes this group of players did break certain rules. However, controls apparently were not in place to show proof of fraud.
dimeplayer will settle by paying in full and will hire Legendz to manage the book to prevent further occurrences and to tap into the excellent customer service Legendz(SBR rating B-) is known for.

dimeplayer (SBR rating D-) makes a midnight move to Panama Thanks to the investigative work by Jacky of Majorwager.com, it is now known that troubled sportsbook
dimeplayer abruptly closed down in Costa Rica and took flight for Panama. Phones and website are still down. If the unconfirmed reports prove correct, Legendz (SBR rating B-) will be providing management services. This could be a positive move for future
dimeplayer clients. SBR would expect Legendz to publicly accept responsibility for
dimeplayer players escrow.

dimeplayer (SBR rating D-) web site and phone numbers down. Management informs SBR website and phones will be down while a server change is made this weekend.
dimeplayer has recently purchased expensive online advertising. In addition,
dimeplayer continues to with hold any proof that the $50,000 they recently confiscated from several players was justified.

dimeplayer (SBR rating D) Was it fraud or an unjustified confiscation of $50,000? dimeplayer (SBR rating D) initially agrees then backs out of an agreement to have an SBR sportsbook software expert in Costa Rica verify what the book claims was fraudulent activity by several players. The results led to
dimeplayer confiscating $50,000 in player’s money. The burden of proof in all confiscation cases remains firmly on the sportsbook to show proof of fraud.
dimeplayer has stated that they will seek an alternate person to verify their claims. This would lead to the truth and would be applauded as long as the person chosen to perform the verification is a respected industry expert.

dimeplayer (SBR rating D) Disagrees with SBR handling of player account confiscations The dispute, whereby
dimeplayer Sportsbook confiscated the winnings of players from Denmark, could have well involved a coordinated scam although
dimeplayer has yet to present any collaborating evidence to SBR. Bonus scams are common and players should be careful not to abuse bonus policies. As in the case of
dimeplayer, most sportsbooks have a heavy handed policy that could lead to the forfeiture of winnings.
dimeplayer has since changed its policy on bonuses limiting them to $500 and has blocked all accounts from Denmark.

SBR Bill Dozer reports: dimeplayer (SBR rating C-) locks players from Denmark out of their accounts. Danish players are in their 5th day of, what DP claims, are account audits. One player states that his $30,000 account became inaccessible the day he met the bonus requirement of a 30 day hold.

SBR Bill Dozer reports: dimeplayer (SBR rating C-) no longer part of Sportingbet PLC as of 6/24/04. SBR recognizes
dimeplayer as a new sportsbook with a downgrade to C-. There have been no complaints against
dimeplayer or its transition from World Gaming to IQ-L software. SBR will continue to review DP through football season. Feedback can be sent to
