betcnn, BetChanger and Changeabet. RoverSportsbook banners go through former Changeabet owner Michael Franklyn’s advertising network, SGNCOM.net, and share the same IP address, 64.202.189.170, with SunsetSports.

SBR Bill Dozer reports: Changeabet (SBR rating F+) has failed to make multiple Western Union payments to a player after he was initially denied $23,000 in FedEx withdrawals. The player has been promised a payment plan using Western Union. These payments were to start on 11/15/04 but the player has since been told that “the payouts manager is on vacation” and they are not able to process his payouts. SBR has downgraded Changeabet and its sister sportsbooks,
betcnn and BetChanger to F+.
