bet365 investigates player account
Editor's note: This matter is resolved.

A Bet365 (SBR rating C) player claims to have accidentally deposited $23,600 instead of $600 into his betting account. He made Bet365 aware of the error and was asked to provide documents verifying his identity. The player states he supplied what was requested of him, and that his account was suspended pending management review. The player canceled the credit card he used to deposit, and is attempting to withdraw via a different method. SBR is inquiring with Bet365 on the status of their investigation.
