SBR Bill Dozer reports: BetBookie and Phoenix Rising Group downgraded to F as no-pay complaints continue to fill SBR’s mailbox. Customer service remains off-line and the sportsbook shows no signs of life. BetBookie victims had hoped that World Gaming was to take over the site as they did with
allsportscasino. However, the different sites are being treated as separate entities, likely divided by ownership of player packages. World Gaming states that they currently do not have any plans to take over other Phoenix Rising sites.
"Hi. I have a quick question about betbookie.com. They actually owe me $8000 since late October of 2005. They gave me all these BS reasons for not giving me my funds. When I tried to call them today, it seems like they disconnected their phone service. Then I came to your site and noticed that they either sold or trying to sell their website. Is there any way to receive my money or is this money down the drain? Any suggestions or answers are welcomed. Thank you very much and I truly appreciate your website."

SBR Bill Dozer reports: allsportscasino (SBR rating D) back online after nine days, some payouts processed. The sportsbook is switching from its stand-alone IQL software system to World Gaming’s turnkey service which manages lines, client support, and accounting. The book blames a complicated migration for payout delays. Currently
allsportscasino sister sites (
Phoenix Rising LTD) are going through the same process. The company tells SBR they did not release information regarding the switch in order to maintain its needed staff. This is

SBR Bill Dozer reports: Player slow-paid by allsportscasino(SBR rating D). The bettor’s account was closed nearly one month ago after he was labeled a "wiseguy". He has been waiting for his balance of $1103 since. This marks the fourth payout complaint form the Phoenix Rising Group. Management claims that "accounting is backlogged" due to the "holidays", "Neteller upgrades" and a "server outage".
Phoenix Rising is a very small sportsbook that operates with a customer service staff of two. The book was likely hurt by the public’s success this football season. These recent payout complaints are the first from this book’s players. ASC has been covered in the SBR rating guide for over two years.

SBR Bill Dozer reports: Phoenix Rising Group, including allsportscasino, downgraded from C to D+. Management, who attempts to run the office remotely, has been unavailable to deal with disputes, which are occurring frequently due to ineffective fraud controls. AllSports recently agreed to mediation from SBR in an effort to resolve one of these issues, and agreed to pay player $1,000 as a result. Six weeks later payment has not been made. CS complaints are also on the rise and one player complains he has been waiting four weeks for a $2,500 withdrawal by check. Customer service blames the holiday week and miscommunication regarding how the check would be delivered. Phoenix Rising will be reevaluated once all payments and disputes are settled.
