SBR has received a new payout complaint from a
BetCSL (SBR rating F) customer. The bettor forwarded email conversations to SBR which showed correspondence with the same book owner as the defunct
DragonWager (SBR rating F). BetCSL has also been lowered from D to F today. All Capilleira/Central Valley Technologies sportsbooks, which share the same turnkey service (software, hosting and customer service), including
HitWager, Ultimate-Odds, WagerDaily & WagerWagon have been downgraded from C- to D+. This group will be reevaluated Monday evening when two CSL users are expected to paid in full. After DragonWager and other Capilleira clients cheated players, Capilleira stated that it would stand for user balances.
