SuperBook.com sportsbook withdrawal complaintsA
SuperBook.com (SBR rating D-) player tells Sportsbook Review that he asked for an $1,800 withdrawal on July 10th, 2011, and a $650 withdrawal on July 20th, 2011. Neither of the players requests have been paid by the
Sportsbook.com skin,
SuperBook.com. SBR is following up on this
sportsbook complaint.
Sportsbook.com recently made SBR's front-page
online sportsbook news section for their cancelation of $7,030 in winnings from a player that had requested exclusion from Sports.com months prior. Sportsbook.com management has yet to address that complaint with SBR dispute analyst "Justin7". Sportsbook.com has a long history of unethical and unjust confiscations of winning players, the most noteworthy of such negative adjustments was the voiding of more than seven figures worth of "
correlated parlay" winnings. Sportsbook.com's software accepted wagers that the sportsbook said violated house rules, and the sportsbook adjusted the balances of winning players after the bets were both accepted and grading, leading to their placement on the
SBR sportsbook blacklist at D-.

SuperBook voids $515 in player winnings and closes accountSuperBook (SBR rating D-) has voided $515 in player winnings. On October 30th, a player funded
SuperBook (a member of the
Jazette sportsbook family) for the first time with a $200 deposit via Moneybookers. A day later the player increased his balance to $715. On October 31st
SuperBook closed the account and refunded only the player's $200 deposit.
SuperBook management has stated that there was a high risk associated with the player.
SuperBook declined to disclose what the risk was but did state that it had nothing to do with the wagers submitted.
SuperBook management:
Our concern was not related to the wagers he submitted. I will not share the details as to what we believe was the high risk associated to this account or others. I have nothing further to discuss regarding this issue.
We have the right to refuse any account and it's unfortunate that we cannot always do that before they sign up, deposit and place a wager although we do our best to do so within 24 hours.

BetOnUSA (SBR rating D-) and sister books acquired by Jazette Enterprises Limited (D+ rated Sportsbook.com). Sportsbook management tells SBR the BetOnUSA Group (Empire Entertainment Ltd) was purchased last month. All customer service and accounting is now directed to the
Sportsbook building in Costa Rica. The purchase brings
Sportsbetting.com (SBR rating D-) back to the company and gives Jazette ownership of the World Gaming software code.
JEL states that it will look into no-pay claims against BetOnUSA, including the latest from a player waiting four months for $1,000.16. JEL sportsbooks also have their own no-pay complaints pending. During the migration of
