PaddyPower bonus complaint; Free promo account closuresPaddyPower (SBR rating B+) bonus complaint. A fourth bonus complaint has been received from a player that signed up to take advantage of
PaddyPower's £1000 free bet offer for Cheltenham racing. The promotion required 10 wagers to be placed in order for players to redeem the free bet. After placing 8 of 10 wagers, the player's account was closed.
PaddyPower stated that it was a "trading decision". The 1st complaint received on
PaddyPower's handling of the Cheltenham free bet promotion resulted in
PaddyPower reinstating the player's account following SBR's inquiry. SBR is following up on the complaint. |

PaddyPower closes two accounts near completion of free bet rolloverPaddyPower (SBR rating B+) has received two more complaints from players that opened accounts for the £1000 free bet promotion for Cheltenham racing. SBR last reported on a
bonus complaint for this same promotion on April 27th, which was later
addressed by PaddyPower. Player 1 completed 9 of the 10 required wagers for the promotion, player 2 completed 8 of 10 before
PaddyPower closed the accounts. Both players would have been entitled to a £1000 free bet had they been permitted to place a 10th wager. SBR is discussing the dispute with
PaddyPower.

PaddyPower bonus complaint update
PaddyPower (SBR rating B+) has re-opened the player's account from the April 27th
bonus complaint and credited the £1000 free bet after discussing the case with SBR.

PaddyPower (SBR rating B+) bonus complaint has been received. A player deposited for the £1000 free bet promotion running for Cheltenham racing. After making the required number of wagers,
PaddyPower closed the bettor's account citing business reasons and chose not to issue the free bet. SBR is following up with
PaddyPower.
