MySportsbook (SBR rating D-) cancels live in-game NBA wagers after game endsOn November 6th, at the start of the 4th quarter of the NBA Warriors-Nuggets game, a player placed an "in-running" bet risking $1000 to win $833. The winning bet was canceled after the event.
MySportsbook first claimed it was a past-posted play, but later blamed the cancellation on offering erroneous betting odds. The sportsbook refused to pay the player, reprice the bet at what it deemed to be a fair market payout, and has not shown why it considers the betting offer to be in error.

SBR Bill Dozer reports: MySportsbook(SBR rating D+) shorts bettor $700, cites "bonus abuse" as reason. The player has been with the book for three months earning multiple reload bonuses, but has not violated any listed rules. His account activity was subjectively labeled for abusing bonuses. Below is the email to the player from management.
Mr xxxx;Unfortunately, after the fraud department reviewed your case, it was determine that the account in question was made with the purpose of bonus abusing, therefore, it will remain inactive. According to our records the amount deposited is equal to the amount withdrawn, therefore, no monies are owed in order to offset the funds used via Neteller. Best Regards.
In more severe cases, players who have made a profit wagering saw their winnings confiscated as well. Sportingbet management has taken a hard stance against players who treat their incentives as something more than a novelty. It is evident that management may decide not to pay players after reviewing the bettor’s history over the life of the account.

SBR Bill Dozer reports: Player no longer wants MySportsbook (SBR rating C-) to be his sportsbook. Bettor requests a withdrawal via Firepay from
MySportsbook on 6/15/05. Six days after the payout request he is told that his withdrawal will be arriving via FedEx.
MySportsbook states that they have been unable to process this payout "due to technical problems".
Player writes: I am pretty sure the money is on the way I am just annoyed that they sent it FedEx when it was supposed to go to Firepay. It is very clear that the customer service people I talk to have no idea what is going on. I would like a book that I am always 100% positive that when I win I will get paid in no more than 72 hours.
