Jazz Sportsbook Group payout complaint
A
Jazz Sportsbook (SBR rating C) player has filed a payment complaint. On July 14th he asked for $7500 from
Jazz. He was allegedly told the quickest way to receive his funds would be bank wire. The player was reportedly quoted a 20 to 30 day time-frame to be paid. As of August 26th, the bank wire has not been received. The
Jazz Sportsbook Group was downgraded to C on June 1st for falling behind on payouts and inefficient eWallet service. On August 21st, an
ABC Islands (SBR rating C) sportsbook player reported receiving $2000 over 4 days via Western Union.

ABC Islands player reports partial paymentsAn
ABC Islands (SBR rating C) player with a total balance of $16,000 reports receiving partial payments. After discussing his account status last Friday with the sportsbook and being informed he could not be sent a $5,000 payment at once, he agreed to accept partial payments of $500 a day via Western Union.
ABC Islands sent the player $500 4 days in a row with a fee of $69 per transaction. The
Jazz Sportsbook Group was downgraded to C on June 1st for falling behind on payouts and inefficient eWallet service.
ABC Islands player: Yes I spoke to someone at abc last friday, they said they CANNOT pay 5k at once right now, so I was furious. They said "when football starts." They offered Wu/Mg but said they can only do 500/day, with different names, etc. so I did get 4 payments of 500 each, for a total of 2000 out. It costs me like $69 for each 500, but I dont care, I am looking at big picture. I will call them next week and do the same, just trying to pull out as much as I can as I am done with this book.

Jazz Sportsbook Group payout update
The
Jazz Sportsbook Group is sending partial payments to players. A player with a balance of more than $17,000 reports receiving a $1,000 transfer to
Pinnacle Sports (SBR rating A+). A second player with a balance of $12,000 received $5,000 via Moneybookers on July 30th. The
Jazz Sports group, which includes
LooseLines (SBR rating C),
ABC Islands (SBR rating C), and
Jazz (SBR rating C) were downgraded to C on June 1st. |

Jazz agrees to take over BetSportsWeb accounts, if...The
Jazz Sportsbook Group has agreed to take over defunct sportsbook
BetSportsWeb (SBR rating D-) player accounts if BetSportsWeb can clear its current player debt.
BetSportsWeb apparently gave up on its business with mounting debt and requires an investment in a server migration to stay in business. BetSportsWeb's homepage has been down since July 11th. The sportsbook reportedly owes $60,000 in delinquent withdrawal requests. |

Player reports difficulty reaching ABC IslandsThe

slow-pay complaint has still yet to receive his funds. He requested $2500 to his Moneybookers account on June 26th. The
ABC Islands live chat continues to remain off-line and the player has reported that his e-mails since requesting payment have went unanswered. The
Jazz Sportsbook Group has not discussed payment issues with SBR in 3 weeks.

ABC Islands feedback wantedPlayers with feedback on
ABC Islands (SBR rating C) of the

help@sportsbookreview.com. A player contacted SBR stating that he requested a withdrawal of $2500 on June 26th via Moneybookers and has yet to receive payment.
ABC Islands recently
cleared all outstanding
payment complaints prior to this new report. SBR is investigating.

ABC Islands.
Any player experiencing a payout issue with any
Jazz Sportsbook Group shop is asked to fill out their account details via
sportsbook complaint form.

ABC Islands (SBR rating C) of the
Jazz Sportsbook Group has paid the player from SBR's June 27th
slow-pay complaint report. On June 3rd the player requested a withdrawal of $4000 from
ABC Islands via check. He confirmed receiving payment in full.

rating C) currently has three outstanding slow-pay complaints from players totaling $11,500 in funds owed. A manager stated that one of the payout requests, which was reportedly made by a player via e-mail on June 1st was not received.
Jazz has discontinued its live chat service, players that wish to withdraw funds must log their requests through e-mail. The player states he requested $2500 to be paid to his Moneybookers account. Players 2 and 3 requested $4000 and $5000 respectively via check in the first week of June. Three other players who
wrote to SBR for sportsbook assistance allegedly received payments via Moneybookers. SBR is confirming the payments with these players and will monitor their progress in requesting the rest of their balances.
Jazz has claimed it is expecting a bank wire to hit their Moneybookers account to allow for additional eWallet payments. All sportsbook within the
Jazz Sportsbook Group were
downgraded to C on June 1st for difficulties processing eWallet payments in their listed time-frame.

Jazz Sportsbook Group was downgraded to C.
Jazz Sports management has stated that two players who reported slow-pays of a combined $9000 would receive payment next week. Players that have not yet written in regarding the status of their payout requests are asked to write to SBR by submitting a
sportsbook complaint form.

Jazz Sports player points out misleading listed payout timesA
Jazz Sportsbook (SBR rating C) payment complaint has been reported. On May 27th a player requested $4142 via Moneybookers, before learning from
Jazz that he would have to limit his payout requests to $500 increments. This is despite the message on the
JazzSports website listing "Same day payouts, receive within hours of your request (up to $5000)". To date the player has received 5 payments from
Jazz, and is now being asked to wait an additional two weeks per payout request.
Jazz Sports was downgraded to C on June 1st for its inability to efficiently service eWallet methods, along with
LooseLines (SBR rating C) and
ABC Islands (SBR rating C).

ABC Islands pays player via $8000 transfer to BetCris
ABC Islands (SBR rating C) has paid a player that filled out a
sportsbook complaint. The player had been trying to withdraw his balance since the first week in May. ABC transferred $8000 to the player's
BetCris (SBR rating A+) account. SBR is inquiring with
ABC Islands on if other players can receive similar deals. The
DPT Sports Group family, which includes ABC,
Jazz Sportsbook, and
LooseLines are currently slow-paying four other players for a total of $8500.

Jazz/ABC Islands - Three new slow-pays reported for $7500
Jazz Sportsbook (SBR rating C) and
ABC Islands (SBR rating C) players have reported three new slow-pay complaints. Both sportsbooks were
recently
downgraded to C, along with
LooseLines Sportsbook (SBR rating C)
for failing to offer reasonable eWallet service to players. After losing the ability to offer Neteller, the
DPT Sports Group family also began to slow-pay via Moneybookers and bank wire.
Jazz management attributes the delays to failed processors and banking restrictions. $7500 is owed in total to the 3 players that wrote to SBR for assistance; this increases the amount owed by
Jazz to $16,500 to 5 players. Players in need of assistance with
Jazz,
LooseLines, and
ABC Islands are asked to submit
sportsbook complaint forms.

ABC Islands recently lost the ability to offer Neteller to its players. Consequently, players have forced longer than normal payout times and have scrambled to find a suitable alternate method to withdraw funds. In two slow-pay complaints filed with SBR in the last week,
LooseLines and
ABC Islands players reported poor and conflicting customer service. Player 1 has been attempting to withdraw $5,000 since early May, player 2 has attempted to withdraw $4000 during this time. Players with outstanding payment requests, or players who have been unable to receive confirmation that their funds would be sent are asked to file
sportsbook complaint forms. The DPT Sports Group family has had their rating lowered to C.

DPT Sports Group launches new LooseLines website
LooseLines (SBR rating B-), a sister sportsbook of
JazzSports (SBR rating B) and backed by parent company DPT Sports, is back online after a brief period of housing former
BetRuss (SBR rating C-) players. Those players have since been migrated to
Jazz Sports. DPT tells SBR that there will again be a focus on Looselines as an independant brand with dedicated management and customer service. Looselines will be reevaluated after ther new website is tested and new player feedback is received. Players with recent experience at both
Jazz and LooseLines are encouraged to write to SBR.

New bwin (SBR rating C) player reports canceled bet after win; bwin cites bet being placed three minutes after post time
Player: I have read about your follow-up in a case with a cancelled NBA wager with Bwin, and I am in a similar situation. On the third of march, I placed a wager on Jazz-Raptors for the 1st half total, at 17.33 CET. The ticket nr is 1PTBL1L5EX. The ticket should be a winner, but Bwin cancelled, claiming that it was placed too late, and the game had started at 17.30. But I know Pinnacle had this line open even two minutes after I placed the Bwin bet. I wrote to Bwin two times, complaining, but they wouldn't honour the wager. They actually first graded it as a winner, then they cancelled long after. I can't remember exactly how long, but no less than 6 hours, maybe more. I remember logging in to my account the day after the bet had been settled, and wondering about my balance. I checked my statement, and found that they had altered the ticket, changing it from a winner to a cancelled ticket. I hope you can help me in this case, as it seems you have been able to help another player in the same sort of situation.

BetSportsWeb enters the SBR Rating Guide at D+. BetSportsWeb is the new brand name for recently rated sportsbook, BetSuperior. The new sportsbook's bookmaking is managed by the Costa Rica-based operation that formerly ran
BlueGrass Sports (BetBG.com). BetSportsWeb's customer service operates independently from the
Jazz Sports offices. The new sportsbook will remain under review. SBR plans to visit the book's office this summer and learn more about the company structure.

DPT Sports Group to change software Sunday 10 pm Pacific ABC Islands (SBR rating B),
Jazz Sports (SBR rating B) and
Loose Lines (SBR rating B-) will be down at 10:00 pm Pacific on Sunday. The
sportsbooks will move from
BLR Software to the
DGS Software Platform. Players are advised to record account history and balance information in order to ensure the data migration process will be completed with minimal delays. DPT expects a smooth transition and to be fully operational by Monday morning.

BetRuss (SBR rating C-) accounts acquired by DPT Sports Group
BetRuss.com now redirects to
LooseLines (SBR rating B-). Looselines is a part of the group of sites that include better known B rated books
ABCislands and
Jazz Sports. BetRuss management tells SBR that the decision to move under Looselines was made because the
BetRuss brand and its marketing team was "fighting an uphill battle" due to the stigma of the Absolute Poker controversy.
BetRuss was founded by a former Absolute Poker manager. Looselines will be financially backed by DPT Sports but operate independently with its own lines and management. Looselines will move from the -108 lineset that was offered until today to BetRuss standard -110 vig. Bettors who were using Looselines prior to today will be able to use the -108 lineset by accessing their accounts through ABCislands. LooseLines, which will focus on recreational players, has been lowered to B- as it adapts to the BetRuss staff and operating policies.
Looselines management tells SBR that the migration was already completed in the middle of the night.

Jazz and ABCislands downgraded from B+ to B yesterday due to listing unavailable transfer options. Two non-US players have complained that they would not have deposited if they had known that book-to-book transfers with Pinnacle Sports (SBR rating A+) and Bookmaker (SBR rating A+), as well as Neteller transfers were not available as advertised. Some players have taken a check paying the additional fees while having to accept the smaller transfer limits. Jazz plans to make both of these options available by the end of next week and will be reevaluated at that time.

DPT Sports Group (ABCIslands, Jazz and Looselines) experiences major hardware crash. Management tells SBR that players who have made wagers in the last 24 hours should call (888) 632 - 8890 to confirm pending plays. DPT expects to have the database rebuilt and utilizing backup data within 24 hours. Internet wagering is currently down and is expected to be available later this morning.
