When I found out about your site it was too late, and my book’s rating was a D. I will never wager on a site that has not received at least a B from sportsbook review. Now I wager at Betwwts.com and they are terrific. - Stephen B.

Sports.com & All-Star.com dispute update
On October 13th, SBR reported that Sports.com and AllStar.com confiscated $39,000 from a winning player. The player accumulated his winnings primarily by placing tennis parlays, and maintained that he never cirucmvented limits as he was mindful of the fact that he was playing at two shops that belong to the Sportsbook.com Group.

SBR discussed the dispute on behalf of the player, and management agreed to pay the player his entire owed balance. The player confirmed on November 8th that his payout was processed and that he is waiting for his bankwire to hit. Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D-) management have expressed an interest in handling current disputes fairly, but are unwilling to revisit past complaints. | Original Sports.com & All Star dispute

Sportsbook.com Group — Sports.com & AllStar confiscate $39,000 from winning player
AllStar (SBR rating D-) & Sports.com (SBR rating D-) allegedly confiscate $39,000 in winnings. A player writes to SBR that on September 21st, his accounts were closed after he won $35,000 on tennis parlays.

The player deposited $10,500 to AllStar and increased his balance up to $49,500. He deposited $1,000 to Sports.com and still has $6,900 in pending wagers at the sportsbook. He was told that he would be refunded the $10,500 in AllStar deposits, but would only receive his $1,000 back from Sports.com if his pending wagers won.

AllStar and Sports.com are both operated by Jazette Enterprises Ltd.. Jazette is the label behind the Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D-) family, and has acquired a reputation for confiscating funds from winning players. In this alleged instance of theft, the AllStar manager claims that the winnings were being voided due to the player circumventing limits. However, the player states that he was fully aware of Jazette skins policy and that he consciously avoided wagering the same game at each site. | Sportsbook.com group confiscation report

Sportsbook.com Group continues to struggle with processing
After nearly two months without a financial processing service, Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D+) was able to process some withdrawals, mostly by bank wire, at the end of March. Since then, SBR has received over 100 emails from additional slow-paid Sportsbook.com players. Management tells SBR that bank wires are no longer the optimal method due to volume restrictions from the processor, and that it plans to add a second wire provider within two weeks. While checks are currently the better option, the book is unable to reduce the amount of past-due withdrawals as word of the problems continue to spread prompting more cashout requests. SBR is told the Jazette Group plans to send all players an email on behalf of management tonight in an attempt to reassure its users.
