A YouWin (SBR rating C-) player claims that €104 was confiscated from his account. The player states that he made two small deposits to YouWin to take advantage of Euro 2012 promotions. The player shared an email sent from YouWin which accused him of bonus abuse; though no specific violations were cited. The full YouWin letter is available in the full article link.
YouWin to player: "It has come to the attention of our security department that your account is showing unusual behaviour patterns, some of which match that of a promotions abuser. It is with great regret that we must inform you that we have removed all outstanding free bets from your account and all winnings that you have made a result of a free bet since June 1st 2012. As per our terms and conditions any account we suspect of promotional abuse will be excluded from any promotions. Please note that you will still be able to access your account, deposit, bet and withdraw but you shall not be eligible for any further promotions at youwin.com, regardless of whether they are posted on the site."
YouWin has actively discussed player issues with SBR. In cases of alleged fraud, YouWin has been receptive to SBR's feedback in how to fairly deal with player accounts, in line with established industry standard.
YouWin is part of Win United Ltd., and sister to Sportsbook.com non-US.
SBR will update this report.
