A Sportsbook.com US (SBR rating D-) player submits a payment complaint. According to the player, two withdrawals were requested on April 6th, 2012 for $1,750. After eight weeks of receiving generic updates, the player states that Sportsbook.com credited back the funds due to processing error. He requested a new payout June 1st.
The player has yet to receive the June 1st $1,750 payout. SBR is following up with Sportsbook.ag managment on this complaint.
On June 6th, SBR reported that a Sportsbook.com player requested $2,500 payment through a banking method on April 16th, 2012. Two weeks passed before the player's payout was marked as processed, though the player's funds were not received. SBR spoke with Sportsbook.com management on the case. Management informed SBR that the payment was in fact sent on May 31st, and that they would follow up with accounting to confirm the issues with the payments batch.
The dispute remains outstanding.
