Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D-) management has addressed the payment dispute reported by SBR on October 25th, 2011. In that dispute, SBR reported that a player filed a payout complaint after a withdrawal of $6,800 was cancelled. The player stated that the funds were placed back into his account, however the player failed to communicate that the reason behind that was Sportsbook.com requested additional documents to verify his identity. Management confirms that there is currently no pending withdrawals from the player.
On September 28th, 2011, SBR published a report that Sportsbook.com moved non-US players to Global.Sportsbook.com - an operation headquartered in Malta that acts as a sublicense to WinUnited Ltd, the company which powers online bookmaker Youwin Sportsbook (SBR
rating D-).
